27th May 2024 (6 days ago)I am so happy that I managed to get my house after waiting for 9 months due to various reasons. Through the whole journey, Steve had been super supportive with chasing up the chain for me. He also taught me massive knowledge of the procedures with regards to buying a house. This had been so useful to a first time buyer!! Many issues happened during the long waiting but thankfully I have Steve to help out. Tom had been there whenever I need him. A very good team! I definitely recommend them!

10th May 2024 (23 days ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. Constructive intended feedback ^

Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. When sales progression became stressful, Kirsty always made herself available to assist in anyway she could to help us through this time. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. Kirsty is a real credit to CR Real Estates.

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

We gave them the keys and went on holiday for a week, trusting them to sell. The bungalow sold in the week and they guided us through the whole process, keeping in touch with all sets of solicitors and making the experience go as smoothly as possible

Josh demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the housing market and how best to advertise our house and Aran, who was responsible for the viewings, worked hard to showcase the best parts of our property. He came round the day before the viewings began and spent at least half an hour talking to us about the house and everything he might need to know about it. He was also very good with the cat who liked to follow any viewers around the house! The team worked hard to organise viewings in groups so that we didn’t have to prep the house every day for a one off viewing. I also really liked the photographs they took of the house: nothing was stretched or distorted to look bigger than it was so prospective buyers knew what to expect when they walked through the door. Once the house sold, Michelle helped us with the next steps in the paperwork and also acted as a liaison between us and our buyer. I’ve recommended this company already to a friend and would wholeheartedly recommend them again. The entire team, although small, deliver a really bespoke and personal service which distinguishes them from any big chain.- 1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was happy with the process of Viewing properties with Acorn Gravesend.
