I have moved into a new property as a tenant where the boiler and the radiator needed a fix. Gina has been very useful in arranging the fix with the landlord. I have never experienced such prompt response or repair/maintenance in such timely manner. I recently had some repairs in the house that needed fixing and from the moment the it was brought the issues to my housing manager ,Gina Neves, she had the problem brought to the landlords and ready to be fixed within a couple of hours and by rented housing standards I've never experienced a quicker fix

I’m a new landlord customer. Impressed with the service so far from the team, I’m still in the tenant finding phase, but the communication has been very good.
Unfortunately there was a toilet pipe leaking problem, Gina Neves the Portfolio Manager was able to swiftly deal with the issue and find a plumber and explain the different costs, all communication via email as I’m out of the country. Peace of mind is very important. All fixed. Thanks!

Gina has done an extraordinary job in promptly organizing and making sure that the whole process went smoothly and I was updated every step along the way. She displayed outstanding professionalism and the experience overall with Dixon`s was exceptional.
