I have recently used Dixons Yardley to purchase and sell my house. I must say I am highly impressed with the service and support provided by Zoe, Faye, Naomi and Becky. I am totally disappointed with dixons service i spose to move in property on 1st of april and they start the contract on 17 of april when i moved in the property there was leaking water from walls and they fix that in a week time and i have to call them everyday to please solve this problem there is no water in the property After that when i check the boiler there is no hot water I report that last monday 29th of april still waiting nothing happen I have 3 kids my kids got flu cough and my youngest one is 10 months old he is not feeling well I call everyday abd tell them please i have kids and their reply is waiting for the answer of landlord I am totally disappointed with this service I will never take any property from dixons and will never recommend to any one...
