A Reams
Rented a property back in 2021. Council tax was included in the contract to be paid by the landlord. Fast forward 3 years and I’ve now found out the landlord never paid it and I’ve got debt collectors knocking at my door for payment.
Written proof from your move that it was included, but Your move and the landlord are refusing to accept responsibility.
Avoid this company like the plague!

Had an absolutely awesome renting procedure with Peter Monaghan at YourMove. Anytime I had questions or needed information he always got back to me as quick as possible. Even during the viewing he was informative, looked sharp and knew the property well. Honestly couldn’t have wished for a better rep when renting our first property, completely took away all our worries and guided us through the entire process flawlessly. Couldn’t recommend him more.

I have had several dealings with Your Move Bromsgrove in recent years. Paul the Manager/Associate Director is brilliant. Non of the usual Estate Agent bull, just direct straight responses / views and actions. We cant recommend him and his team highly enough. In additions to sales/purchases we have just decided to let a property to rent. We contacted Paul and he was happy to help with the deal. Paul handed this process to Chloe who heads up the lettings team. Whilst we are only in the referencing stages we cant fault Chloe. She arrived on time for our first meeting and yet again like Paul she is direct friendly and to the point. She has kept us up to date on everything to the current stage we are at, very good. We will write a further review to update and advise when the process is completed.
