17th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)Really disappointing service from Martin & Co when viewing a rental property. No level of customer service. Lettings Manager didn't care that there were issues with the property, 'let as seen' attitude despite there being damage to walls and issues in the bathrooms, snagging issues throughout. Not provided any information on next steps or application process. Waste of my afternoon, having taken time off work to go and view the property.

Throughout the process they communicated well, keeping all parties informed and also nudged things along where needed! We are very pleased that we selected Oulsnam Droitwich and would highly recommend them.

18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..- 28th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Thank you Natalie and Sam at Northfield office very professional and helpful on the sale of our property .fully recommended
27th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Not impressed with my experience as a potential seller or purchaser. Would give them a lot less than 1 star if it was possible. We had a valuation over a month ago, agent could not give us a valuation at the time and had to speak to her boss and heard nothing since. Really odd since they had sold another almost identical house 2 roads away away 2 or 3 weeks earlier? When queried during my potential purchase viewing was told they had e-mail issues I can only assume they did not have a phone, clearly they didn't want the business? Thankfully we booked 2 valuations that day and chose the other agent who not only gave us a valuation whilst he was here we were also given more confidence in the service on offer. It was the right decision as we sold in a week, but the one shipways sold took about 3 months or so. I made an offer as a purchaser which was increased as I was told by the agent it would be accepted. Then I was asked to increase further so it would be taken off the market as I wasn't sold but they knew this when the offers were made, and it was even on the offer email. A couple of days later when I was sold and after a week of being given the run around by the agent who would be in meetings, viewings and other calls when I tried to contact her I decided to withdraw my offer as could no longer trust what I was being told. Whilst I understand they have to be led by the vendor honesty and trust should be integral to any negotiation. Not sure how you would know the sellers thoughts and movements if you can't contact them?

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Rented a property back in 2021. Council tax was included in the contract to be paid by the landlord. Fast forward 3 years and I’ve now found out the landlord never paid it and I’ve got debt collectors knocking at my door for payment. Written proof from your move that it was included, but Your move and the landlord are refusing to accept responsibility. Avoid this company like the plague!
7th May 2024 (12 days ago)We are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in serch of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Also another associate Mr. Dean has been prompt and efficient in closing the application for us and helping us secure this property. He was able to think from our shoes and act accordingly, and could make things happen. And of course Ellis Amos, has been out go to person answering every questions we had patiently and made thos moving process a breeze. I would strongly recommend G & T if you are struggling to find a suitable place for your next move. We greatly appreciate your services.

They take the time to thoroughly explain to clients all the details before you decide to move forward. They also make sure that clients are aware of any potential risks associated with purchasing a particular property, they are professional but also honest and direct. They go above and beyond with every single transaction. They are extremely accommodating with clients and try to help as much as possible. It’s an absolute pleasure to work with you. If you are selling or buying a house, you have to use them!! They are the best!

Where I had used another estate agents AP Morgan to sell my property, I wish I had used Oakmans. Trina, from the beginning, was chasing on my behalf when it should have been my estate agent's doing this. The transition to Lesley was seamless whilst Trina was on leave. I can't fault them a genuine care for a smooth transaction on both parties. Thank you!!!! ????
