I had the worst experience of my life with them and Featherstone Leigh , my son has a permanent asthma and breathing issue from the flat they have rented me. I was not able to stay in the flat for over two months , no alternative was offered to me and my family, being homeless due to the smell of damp, water leak has costed me a lot of money and stress.
Useless team all they care about is their rent it be paid , they have breached their contract on so many occasions, they failed . Do not get fooled by those good reviews!

Chestertons Islington offers a great service for landlords. The team take a very personal approach. Over the years Julia Chajdiakova has been great support. She takes time to check the flat, making sure the flat is in good shape that smoke alarms and carbon monoxide are there and working. And she gives feedback and is there to advise. It is a caring approach that supports tenants and landlords. I appreciate her honesty. It combines an old fashioned warmth with excellent administration.

We listed our sale with Scott, who was efficient and helpful with arranging photos, floor plans, EPC etc. Crucially he did a great job of explaining and guiding through different options for pricing the listing, as well as maximising impact during viewings.
Their sales team all familiarised themselves with the house ready for viewings. William in particular was quick off the mark getting people in and had soon matched us with a suitable buyer. He did an outstanding job in intermediating negotiations on price.
Chestertons were also great in the phase after "offer accepted": they gave excellent guidance on what needed to be done, and helped answer questions from both buyer and seller well.
In short, not only were they great on the necessary mechanics of the sale, but they were also really helpful in the help, support and guidance they gave throughout. Thanks Will and Scott.

I had a lovely experience with Nada from Chestertons. Her expertise in properties in Hyde Park/Paddington is great. The complete process was very informed and quick. Nada was able to show me the right properties at a quick turn around for me to decide asap. Always available and incredibly patient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Chestertons were superb and facilitated a quick and trouble free move. I have to say a huge thank you to Victoria who was everything you could possibly look for in an agent. Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

I was incredibly disappointed = incredibly poor (and at times, it seemed, intentionally misleading) communication.
Also, once the offer was accepted, they did a terrible job of following the process and making sure the buyer was on track, which caused significant delays and me almost losing my onwards sale.
Oftentimes rude as well.

The sale was quite quick and the agent does try to get to your asking price, it’s just how they handle the after selling process is not as professional. They should have an admin person responsible for after sale process if the sales advisor is more keen on securing other sales
