I want to say thank you to Natalie Craddock and Shani Pinnock for handling the end of the tenancy phase very professionally and in a customer-friendly way. They were both very helpful in completing the inventory checkout and communicating our messages to the landlord. We finally got our full security deposit back after renting the property for 5+ yr. Luke Bull and Natalie Craddock both made the experience of securing the property a very easy process.
Luke did a fantastic job of showing me round the property, knew a great deal about the building and area, and explained the whole process with me well. He was also great in the negotiations with the landlord.
Natalie made the process of documentation, referencing and deposit very easy and straight forward.
They are both incredibly friendly, welcoming and always on hand to offer help.
