I was genuinely unsure as to the state of the current market with regard to the sale of our flat and how easily it would sell. Meeting with Scott and listening to his advice and guidance on how he would market it helped disperse some of our concerns. They were fully allayed when we became aware of what he had done next. Having generated significant interest in the flat Scott arranged viewings over three days and advised going to a closing date . Several offers were forthcoming with most beating our expectations. All this within a week of the property going on the market. A first class service from Scott . He knows his business and his customers and works hard to achieve the best possible outcome. He certainly achieved that on this occasion. Thank you.

We bought a house through Alex Harvey and the Service we receieved was excellent. Purchasing a Grade 2 listed property is no easy feat and they gave us lots of advice and best people to use for surveys etc.
Communication was open and always got updates on a regular basis.
Would more than happily list or buy a house through this team.

Viewed a couple of properties with Sam and Alex and both really took the time to listen to our requirements and tailor their advice. They very much understand the properties they are selling, as well as the areas they are in, so it helped us to refine what we were looking for. Although we ultimately offered on a property through another agent, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again and recommend contacting them if you're looking to buy / sell.

Cannot recommend Joanne Hedley highly for the service she provided when selling our property. Her professionalism from start to finish was above and beyond.
