29th May 2024 (4 days ago)Worst, third class, cheap service by them. They scam in the name of cleaning. We have to keep sending followup mails and call multiple times to get our deposit back. Even then, they took almost 3 months to return it. @Taylors: I am not expecting your zero value sorry and response.
13th May 2024 (20 days ago)Terrible experience with them. I read the review stupidly before i didnt listen so hopefully the next person does. Firstly, contact is poor, very rude administration, i paid 4 months of rent a week early / days early sometimes (i don’t have to) one day i paid rent they accused me of not paying on time as they’d left office early on a Friday and claimed I was a day late and was extremely rude to me, I provided proof and they admitted they were wrong. Secondly the repairs they provide are abysmal. My hob cooker was on max level hest ad the previous tenant had ruined it, they replaced all non-matching odd buttons, looks awful. Didnt even fix it either, wallpaper was cracking due to poor installation and air gaps, and their repair man came out to complete a patch up job of some form of grey adhesive on white wallpaper, and didnt even cover the cracks. Complete disregard to peoples problems and just want money out of you, also the older woman said i could end my tenancy as long as i give notice, now they changed their mind and want me to pay £500 or they wont communicate with the landlord Avoid at all costs.

Adam was very impressive at our initial meeting, he was warm, friendly and provided the right level of information. He then engaged with us effectively once we decided to instruct and even managed to get good photos on the most miserable, wet day. Cerys was fantastic at the accompanied viewings, ensuring that the viewers were provided with an informative level of detail in a personable and professional way. Dealing with Steven as negotiations and offers took place was also great. We would have no hesitation in recommending based on our experience so far.

(And other team members who we dealt with less) were so friendly and helpful throughout our flat purchase. Informative, supportive, charismatic, and organised. We felt they were really looking after us during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you also for the little moving in gift box. 31st Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Main positive was that the fees were payable only once the property was sold. However, pressure tactics were used which I felt came from mustard agents not the buyers, e.g. completion must be completed by such a date or the buyer pulls out. These ultimatums proved to be meaningless but caused considerable stress and inconvenience.
23rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Tommy Lawrence and his team were excellent. I've moved several times in my life, but this has been my best estate agent experience. The team put the house up on-line on a Monday prior to an "open day" the following Saturday. We had 6 viewings that day, and 2 offers. The house was sold! Fantastic stuff. And following on from that the team made the whole process as stress-less as possible. Totally impressed and I recommend them wholeheartedly. Bravo!
8th Apr 2024 (8 weeks ago)Hunters were a complete failure. Communication was non existent. We spent time getting our home read for a video and they just did not bother to show up. They were rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and pick a different agent.

Emma Mackie and the team at Cow & Co were incredibly professional, patient, and accommodating throughout the process. Our many questions and emails were responded to quickly throughout, and they did a great job keeping everyone on track with the many steps needed to complete a home purchase. Having a great experience with Cow & Co as a buyer, I can certainly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, full service firm to list their home or purchase in west London.

When I moved in to the property it was fully refurbished to an excellent standard. One time during winter I had a problem with my boiler with no heating for a few days. I made one call to 1st Choice and Mark dropped off some electric heaters, untill we got it fixed through Mear's. Anyone looking for property to rent then I would definatley recommend 1st Choice.
