He is very accommodating and our flat viewings have always been a very pleasant and useful.

Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

- 28th May 2024 (5 days ago)I dealt with this Branch when looking to buy a flat. They staffed a very junior sales person, and when the deal dragged for months, Dexters's Agent and Branch Managers went completely silent by phone and email, and the purchase fell through. In the meantime the rates went up. The seller eventually sold for 5% less, and I bought elsewhere through another agency. This left me with a pretty bad impression on Dexters overall, although it was probably just this branch to blame.

She had up to date knowledge on the property right to the T and did not hesitate to share it with us. I would absolutely recommend Maria whether you are buying ur first property or subsequent ones. She guided us through the process and even offered great advice on how to improve the property to suit our needs.

He has been great in liaising with the landlord to help us secure our tenancy and we cannot be more grateful. Would definitely recommend.

11th May 2024 (22 days ago)Professional scammers, liars and theives. After moving out, they refused to refund my deposit and asked me to pay for deep cleaning. Avoid them.

Everything was smooth and hassle-free; whenever I had a problem they were always responsive and made sure it was resolved quickly and painlessly. After having several bad experiences with other estate agents in London (Waterfronts) and Dublin (Sherry Fitz) it was such a nice surprise to find one that was actually reliable and efficient. Would 100% rent through them again!
