Susan Usher was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in assisting me with this and resolved the issue swiftly. Fantastic customer service!

1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was really happy with our experience with NGU, most of which was with Shakil. We were making rent enquiries for about 6 weeks across different places and agencies. As we called for a property with NGU we got a viewing on the same day, which was a first. Some other agencies were taking over 2 weeks to arrange viewings on vacant properties. The thing which impressed me most, particularly with Shakil as he was our lead contact was his speed and efficiency of communication. He usually replied very swiftly to our enquiries which we appreciated. We have high hopes for a good tenancy with NGU.
2nd May 2024 (4 weeks ago)I have used Alistair for our mortgage and re-mortgages for quite some years now and he has been absolutely brilliant! He has always been very informative and reliable. 10/10 would recommend!
15th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Cons : they only checked in after 12 weeks and once when we had a possible viewing. This felt quite poor over 26 weeks. I requested some replacement photos to use alongside a price drop to create some Interest. Advisor quite abrupt and unhappy at the request . Refused/strongly advised this was not necessary even though work had been done to improve the home since original photos taken . Communication was poor with very little contact over a 26 week period. Didn’t see home marketed via Facebook or email shots . Some of the Photos weren’t the best , make sure you really check them before you approve . Pros : Service was quick and effective at point of set up. Staff were otherwise polite and pleasant to deal with . Always returned calls when I rang . Board went up quickly and photographer was quick. Some of the photos were good. House did not sell or even have a viewing within 26 weeks which is unusual in a popular area.

We had a fair amount of veiwings then a sale was agreed. The staff were very helpful all the way through to the sale. I would highly reccomend them

Made the entire process especially the moving week really stress free and was really responsive to messages. In the unlikely event we sell up we will definitely be using Bedebrook.

12th May 2024 (21 days ago)Everyone at Walkers where so helpful and friendly! The first viewing of the property we would purchase we got caught in traffic so where late to the viewing Julie and John moved around other viewings so we could still look around. They then kept us up to date with progress on the sale going through. Between mortgage advisors, surveyors, solicitors everyone at Walkers where the best company we worked with during the purchase of the property. If we move property I would happily go though Walkers.

It seems that their only interest is finding ways to avoid refunding my deposit. Secondly, I moved house during the pandemic and was advised to isolate. I contacted Armstrong to discuss possibly sending the keys through the post or having them pick them up from the property. This request was made because they had previously stated they would inspect the property on the last day of my tenancy. However, they insisted that the keys must be dropped off in person at their office by the last day of my tenancy. They mentioned that failure to do so would result in an additional month's rent charge.

24th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)I'm sure these must be fake reviews. They never invite you to the inventory before or after moving in. Emailed them with issues they missed out on their inventory like hole in walls and they said not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. Never missed rent and around three years later when I hand in my notice, they try to deduct money from my depost for the same holes I was told not to worry about. I had to prove it as I luckily saved the emails. So they came back to me and pivoted their angle and now charging me for other things that were pre existing. Sent me photos of the property with no dates and not resembling anything near what the property looked like when I moved in. Currently waiting for the results of the dispute with the deposit scheme. Scammers beware renters!

10th May 2024 (23 days ago)Been with them for more than 5 years (from back when they were Bowes Mitchell), we have a rented house in the Fairways estate. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Prompt and well-done repairs. No hassle, no fuss, just good service.

He has been most helpful & despite us not buying through him he has given us really helpful with advice about a property with another agent. I wish all estate agents were this genuine. Thank you.
18th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)Possibly the most appalling service from any estate agents ever encountered and would most certainly not recommend.We chose Signature because they appeared highly professional and polished. This was certainly the case when they sent their show pony to value our property and do their sales spiel. However, upon signing with them relations went downhill rapidly due to various factors which I will highlight below.Despite being only a 20 minute drive from their nearest office, Signature failed to attend any viewings advising that they didn\'t have sufficient notice to conduct them. We were therefore left to conduct all viewings ourselves whilst both working full time. They later advised that accompanied viewings were complimentary.Their communication was poor with prospective buyers and when we tried to get through we were passed around different people. We never saw or heard from the initial person who came out ever again.When it came to negotiations, Signature disclosed sensitive financial information to prospective buyers which was ultimately detrimental to our sale and lost us money. To them it didn\'t matter but to us it impacted heavily and was a huge breach of trust. Despite formal complaints being made not a single apology or acknowledgment of this followed.When we agreed a sale (with no part played by Signature at all) we heard nothing from them throughout the entire sale process. I subsequently requested that our Solicitor send their fee directly to us to facilitate direct payment. Lo and behold, the company who had ignored contact the previous 3 months were quick off the mark to threaten legal action within 3 hours of completion if their fee remained unpaid.So, in summary, no I would not recommend. For the same service, you could save yourself thousands and simply print off a poster and sellotape it to the nearest bin.
