5th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

I can't fault James and Harry who always provide excellent service and communication when things need fixing within the flat and haven't let me down yet. Credit to James who is always at the end of the phone morning noon & night, he does his job to an exceptionally high standard. It's very well organised, the team are polite, understanding and efficient. Cheers for all your help and assistance this last year.

I can honestly say that out of all the people involved in this Tracey was key in providing me with the really helpful support which made a huge difference and most importantly made the sale of my property possible. It is unusual for me to leave reviews but without doubt if I had not had her knowledgeable, professionalism and really effective guidance throughout the process the sale would not have completed. They have now handled and completed the sale of that property in a prompt, timely, and professional manner. It’s always been a pleasure to do business with Habitat and I highly recommend them.- 15th May 2024 (4 days ago)This is the second time in recent years I've used Kirkham property in Chadderton. My experience on both occasions has been exemplary. My first sale was a commercial property, and more recently a residential property. The staff (with a special shout out to Sue and Jay) have been outstanding. Especially as through no fault of theirs, the sale took a long time due to probate etc, completing. I'd have no hesitation recommending them for commercial or residential appointments. Polite, professional and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else. Chris Shields

25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)One of the worst eastate agents you will come across never mind Oldham probably in the whole of the country, No one knows what's coming and going and I dont think they're even qualified to run an estate agent. I would avoid this company as much as possible to save yourself from disasters for the tenants and the landlords.

5th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Stayed in Sun House for my masters year and my room was great, absolute steal for the price compared to a lot of rentals. Also very on the ball with maintenance issues, problems were usually dealt with the same day (sometimes within the hour). I recently had some post sent there by mistake by a family member and emailed the office, they were happy to forward it to me at no charge! Really appreciate it guys thank you!
