If it hadn’t have been for the slow progress of our solicitors, it would have been the most pain-free house purchase we have ever had - I recommend them thoroughly!
22nd Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Kit wasn't even our estate agent (we bought a house sold by Kit) but I wanted to leave a review because he and the team were so brilliant. It was far from an easy process but Kit went above and beyond to respond to our questions, keep us informed and find solutions to problems that arose. He and Alastair were always honest, reassuring, professional and trustworthy. Because of Kit's experience and commitment to the local area we felt he really cared about the sale and about us, it's the perfect example of why it's always better to shop local and independent! My only regret is that we didn't use Kit to sell our house, and if we ever sell this one I wouldn't consider anyone other than Kit Johnson Residential.

23rd Apr 2023 (1 year ago)Worst home sales agency in Bristol. Little seriousness, reliability and transparency in selling property. We made an offer to sell a flat and were told they had outbid us. Months later we notice that the same flat was sold for less than our offer. I do not recommend this agency.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Ensured we got into the property within a short deadline, worked well with the solicitors and property manager. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for a great property, within a decent budget and professional services.

After trying to sell the property via the usual local high street estate agent, without success, I heard about Robert and his company and moved to him. His very professional and thorough approach was in stark contrast to the previous estate agency. The new sales brochure was 100% better, both in the photography and accompanying text. Robert was very supportive, as was the rest of his team. They kept me informed throughout and the property was sold in the predicted timescale. I would highly recommend his estate agency.
