10th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)STOP HARRASING ME. I rented from my brother over a yr ago and tried to help him sell his house as he now lives abroad. I contacted Connells for a valuation but we ended up renting out through someone else. They wont stop calling me. I no longer live at the property, i have explained all of this to them, asked to be removed from their system several times but they keep calling. AVOID.

From the word go they guided us through the entire process and made us feel like people and kept us updated every step of the way. I cannot recommend Home Estate Agents enough. Whilst looking for our first home we viewed numerous houses with different esate agent companies around Bedford. One estate company didn't even call us back after we had made x3 offers and had forgot where we were in the process and what they were meant to be doing and we walked away not getting any closure or information on where we stood. But not Rob and Ash they kept us in the loop, worked hard and professionally and made us feel valued and taken care of. We are so greatful and would recommend 5/5. Home Estate Agents. Thank you.

The mortgage broker Kerrie was also very helpful and got us some great deals on mortgages and insurance, I did however have a few issues with the solicitors that they recommended for the conveyancing. Overall would recommend.

The Team were extremely helpful even with my purchase which was not technically there responsibility. Sasha was exceptional and definitely someone you need on your team if you are looming to move house. I can't recommend them enough

The process is completely different than in the US, and thankfully we connected very early on with Melissa. She was wonderful! Her guidance, expertise and knowledge sharing were invaluable. We strongly recommend her.

1st May 2024 (8 days ago)I’m left with mixed feelings having completed on my property sale with Thomas Morris. When the property first went to market, I felt a real lack of motivation to achieve viewings. Weeks would pass without any updates on listing views or enquiries, unless we did the chasing. I was also left disgruntled having been sold ‘Thomas Morris conveyancing’ which is actually just a badged up third party, and of no real benefit. Simon was understanding, and easy to negotiate with. This review is positive due to the contribution of Jenny, once an offer had been accepted. Despite the constant bumps in the road, she was persistently chasing solicitors and agents, keeping everyone on their toes. I don’t think we’d have reached completion without her contribution, so thank you!

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I had viewed over 20 houses and this estate agency was one of the best among all, as I requested multiple viewings and to satisfy my purchase and mind. They were okay to bookinn and show me they property even on weekends. I highly recommend Giggs and Bell estate agency for property purchases and I will definetly ring them first for my second property…

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
