Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

She had up to date knowledge on the property right to the T and did not hesitate to share it with us. I would absolutely recommend Maria whether you are buying ur first property or subsequent ones. She guided us through the process and even offered great advice on how to improve the property to suit our needs.
10th May 2024 (23 days ago)Alex James and Callum were very kind, helpful, patient yet where necessary and appropriate weren't afraid to be direct and plain with me, and in Alex James's words it was to help me and I don't doubt that at all. He provided useful, helpful tips when I was experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed to be calm and collected yet respectful towards our new and upcoming landlord and general other tips for how any tenant is informed of things. I'm not surprised they've got such positive, spectacular reviews. It's a family owned and run estate agency too but overall have felt greatly supported and helped throughout the referencing and anything else they were to do to help our landlord. I have no problem recommending this estate agency, they seem very well knowledged, experienced, helpful, kind, patient yet also very honest. Thank you to Alex James and Callum you've been an honour to correspond with. Anyone who can be as good with me as they have been is worth this recommendation and honest review. Edit: Point of criticism/feedback: They should make it known more clearly than expecting or asking someone to read the Ts and Cs that they're allowed to pass on your details to utility companies as it was rather stressful to discover when I had attempts from companies to set things up and emails telling me they had, the utility companies that is and I prefer to do things myself. And ask if you want them to pass on your details or not. As when I asked about that they said it's possible. Constructive intended feedback ^

31st May 2024 (2 days ago)Alex Crown sold my flat for me and I couldn’t be happier.Nothing was too much trouble for Juelz, Yovin and Rahman who always gave a prompt, polite and personal service. The sale hit a few bumps but they were relentless in their efforts to dot the ‘i’s and cross the’t’s. Rahman seems to work all hours and always kept his promise to ring me to keep me appraised of developments, no matter how late. He was unfailingly enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful and I would not hesitate to recommend using Alex Crown to anyone wishing to sell in the Holloway Road area.

17th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)Thankx to Zoe Bailey at Reeds residential in southend on sea, she went extra mile to get my family a place to stay, after 4months of searching for accommodation.most of the residential agency's could not help, even we had money to pay rent for 3 months. As first time tenants it was so difficult to get help from the agency,,we viewed more than than 50 houses In the past 4months, westcliff on sea. Leagh on sea, and Southend-on-Sea.. But we could notbe offered.. To my surprise most of the of the house we viewed are still empty and not occupied.. Most south end housing agency to be honest are very difficult to deal with and very unhelpfully. But Zoe Bailey at Reed residential and was super star for us..

29th May 2024 (4 days ago)I recently worked with David from Garrison Estates and was extremely pleased with the amazing level of service that he provided. He was the glue that held everything together. He helped communicate between all parties, was extremely approachable and friendly, easy to message on WhatsApp and always available to take a call, helped push along the process when there were delays with getting information from third parties and even continued to relay information from the seller after the sale. I cannot imagine a more ideal estate agent to help navigate the complicated process of buying property, and I will definitely be looking to use David's services again in the future if I ever need to deal with selling property. Highly recommended. And thank you!

Everything was smooth and hassle-free; whenever I had a problem they were always responsive and made sure it was resolved quickly and painlessly. After having several bad experiences with other estate agents in London (Waterfronts) and Dublin (Sherry Fitz) it was such a nice surprise to find one that was actually reliable and efficient. Would 100% rent through them again!
