15th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Very disappointed with Balgores. Extremely unprofessional not wanting to pass my offer on to a seller despite it being on the market for many months. I called back a month later to ask if my offer could be put forward a second time round and ended up with a very argumentative staff member who still refused. No idea why they are deciding what should be put forward and what shouldn't, no wonder it's been on the market for months - avoid at all costs!
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

29th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I was a first time buyer, and as a buyer I thought E&S did a fantastic job. Zuhre was very responsive, understanding, and honest during the process, explained what needed to be done, and did a great job liaising with the sellers (which was not always easy!). Dan was very good at showing the property, and understood well on what needed to be done, and did a great job getting both the sellers and me to agree on completion. Even though the sellers were their clients, I thought they did a great job looking out for me too. Would definitely recommend, and use them for selling a property.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

21st May 2024 (11 days ago)My wife and I just got our first rented apartment in the UK (Brentwood) courtesy of the excellent facilitation by Morgan Rooke and her team, on behalf of the William H. Brown Estate Agency. Morgan Rooke and Jack Summer were fact-based, demonstrated professionalism, respect, a high sense of urgency and empathy in their dealings with us. It is amazing to see that we relocated to the UK in April, and had our accommodation sorted (courtesy Morgan Rooke), within three weeks of reaching out to William H Brown. This rented apartment is an apartment of choice, central to our children’s schools and other facilities of interest. Beyond the successful facilitation and delivery of this choice apartment in record time, this outstanding and amazing team also introduced and profiled us with other options/opportunities to own a house in Brentwood. We strongly recommend Morgan Rooke and her team to individuals or organizations searching for property to rent, sale or buy. From start to finish of the whole daunting process we felt so at ease with the way they handled everything. Extremely efficient, knowledgeable and always there at the end of the phone for any queries that we had and there was a lot :) A great friendly company that we will use again if we decide to move again in the distant future. Thanks again to the whole team for all your hard work.
12th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)Scam! Moved out on the 16th of February 2024 and still fighting to get back my deposit. Agency isn’t responding so better be careful renting anything from that agency. Very unprofessional service!!! They asked to pay asap but to pay it back ??? No answer! Please avoid that agency! Thanks!!!

At a time when the housing market was not moving the team continued to make all efforts to sell our house. Joe has put in so much effort and nothing has been too much trouble for him. It took 6-7 weeks for an offer on our house, with just 2 viewings for the monthly rental quoted by Balgores. The lettings team are efficient and take on board your requirements. I recommend Michael Charles as he brought 2 families to view and we got an offer. He works incredibly hard for you. Thanks Balgores!

They are always in touch and it feels like they are genuinely working with you and WANT to help you sell your property. We moved from another agent and have definitely found Bear's experience more suited to our expectations. We have had excellent customer service from Jacob and Tia from the Hockley branch and have had lots of viewers through door so, fingers crossed, we will have a sale any day now ????????
