11th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would have gave this place a 0 star!! I approached the rental department to find me tenants for my property. I trusted this company as this is what they are professionals in. This agent miserably failed to do the proper checks on the tenants. The tenants they approved stopped paying the rent after 2 months of moving in.The tenants this company approved have NO respect for my property. Ive had to take the tenants to court for possession of property, which has cost me thousands. I’ve had sleepless nights, anxiety and bought on a lot of stress. DO NOT use this agents!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

Friendly and approachable they kept us up to date with progress and Alex in particular helped us to find pragmatic solutions to keep all parties moving forward. Selling a house from a distance is always a challenge and the team exceeded expectations in making this easy for us.

7th May 2024 (13 days ago)We are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in serch of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Also another associate Mr. Dean has been prompt and efficient in closing the application for us and helping us secure this property. He was able to think from our shoes and act accordingly, and could make things happen. And of course Ellis Amos, has been out go to person answering every questions we had patiently and made thos moving process a breeze. I would strongly recommend G & T if you are struggling to find a suitable place for your next move. We greatly appreciate your services.

24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Horrible experience...their emails are very aggressive (bold and red text), they are not helpful at all and they forget who is the customer always trying to get in dominant positions, asking for things quoting the law without even understanding the law( i.e: querying a transaction between own accounts on £500 quoting money laundry law- threshold being £8k/ 10k eur/ transaction to other people - not to own accounts. Asking for a passport( despite the 2 uploads of copies and referencing agency checks) in the last minute on collection of the keys after contracts signed and all the funds paid...etc. any ID should have been enough. Anyway I couldn't find any professionalism there not even on mr Oakman himself
