4th Dec 2023 (24 weeks ago)We have recently sold our property through Clive Anthony and was extremely impressed from our first contact with Clive to all later contact with staff within the office and those completing viewings. We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. Annette and the team could not have been more helpful throughout this process and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Annette for all your help.
15th Dec 2023 (22 weeks ago)We have used Hydes to sell my late parents home, what was an emotional sale was made effortless by Antony. From the first contact, to handing the keys over, Antony has been helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble, he’s liased with all parties and been excellent at keeping in contact with updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hydes and particularly Antony again. Thank you.
7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Similar to other one star reviews they've received - this is my first ever negative review of a business, as ordinarily I'm happy to just put things down to a bad day and wouldn't want to harm a business. However, I really would warn people against this estate agency - particularly Jennie. Everyone else I dealt with was fine, but Jennie purposefully did not communicate clearly about our buyers pulling out (affecting our onward chain) and when it came to light was incredibly rude and condescending to me, including (as several other reviewers have pointed out) - shouting over me to 'Let her speak' and accusing me of being abusive before hanging up on me, when all I was trying to do was get a clear answer out of her. From reading other reviews it seems that if there are no issues, they might be an OK estate agent, but Jennie is incapable of dealing with any problems (which I can imagine happens a lot in this industry) in a professional way. If Jennie has a continued problem with believing people are being abusive toward her and 'not letting her speak', probably it's time to look at her own behaviour rather than blaming clients.

10th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Very professional and really know their market. As a landlord who has been using JH Lettings for over a decade now, I highly recommend them. Their market knowledge is second to none. They recommended a quick cosmetic refurb which totally transformed the house and was then let in a matter of days.

The team there, in particular Shauna, managed the process superbly (and quickly) and dealt with my family and I in the most caring, empathetic and efficient manner. As you can read, we would most highly recommend !

1st Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)If you’re looking to sell or let your property, I would highly recommend Pearson Ferrier estate agents especially the Cheetham Hill branch. They are very friendly individuals who go above and beyond for both tenants and landlords. All the staff and management are extremely helpful, could not recommend them enough.

3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)Useless tried contacting re a rental and it was like talking to a 5 year old They dont answer questions and dont answer phone calls, gave up in the end as i didn't have the time nor patience Why are most agents hard work in the rental market. If you knew i were ringing why not just answer the phone Your opening times need updating as you have just contradicted yourself via email and you have not rang my phone nor answered the original question sent through right move I asked you a series of questions first regardless of the landlord wants.You have made no attempt to call me back today my phone has had full signal and been in my hands near on all day Do you even have the correct number? If you do the get your phones checked.

26th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Rudest staff, no communication within the office, so unhelpful, avoid avoid avoid Called to book a viewing and was told ‘shes not here so I can’t book it’ I asked ‘when will she be back please’ the women on the phone replied ‘well I don’t know because she’s not here to ask is she’ I let this go and called back a few days later to book the viewing. Got booked in and was sent an application form. Of course I filled out the form. I was then sent a very rude email stating the application would be sent after a viewing, fine, went to the viewing where there were 4 other people viewing at the same time, the estate agent was exceptionally overstretched to the point it came across rude. Having to keep turning her back during conversations, left alone to walk round without any knowledge of the property given and no chance to ask questions and then had to openly discuss finances infront of all the other people viewing. I was told I would be called later that day to state if my application would still be sent off due to it being sent in too early. I was not called, waited until the following day and received an email asking if I wanted to view the property. I replied to the email to find my email had been added to a block list!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service, rude staff, so glad I realised this before committing to a property with them!!!

They told me untruths , and gave us 15 minutes to vacate our house even though keys hadn’t been handed over and we were still packing.We ended up with belongings on the street in the rain. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from a so called professional agent. Avoid at all costs.

Emily, in the office, has been so good at keeping me posted with absolutely everything that they have been doing on my behalf. When I have emailed with questions, she has been so polite and not made me feel like I am bothering her. I look forwards to a quick sale, thanks to Emily and all the staff at Keenans!
