27th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We sold our house in Plumstead with Beaumont Gibbs and we could not recommend them highly enough! Luke and the team were brilliant the whole way through the process and made everything so easy. They really went above and beyond with communication throughout the chain and solicitors etc. They are a little bit more expensive than their competitors but they are so worth it! Their use of social media is a fantastic addition and they sold our house for more than we were expecting very quickly.

Working with Karen showed me the true value of having a good estate agent by your side. Karen's honest opinion, willingness to help, and proactive nature made discussing and searching for properties an absolute pleasure. Not only did she handle me as a buyer with care, but her approach with the sellers when dealing with my queries proved that she is someone I can trust. I looked at properties with more than 7 different estate agents and I saw more than 30 properties. Karen was the best estate agent I encountered. Unfortunately, John Payne did not have the right property for me, but I sincerely wish I had found it with them. When I sell and buy my next place, I will definitely be looking for Karen’s assistance again!

The entire process, from viewing to exchange, was completed in 9 weeks, which included 1-2 weeks of delays and issues at the top of the chain. The team were extremely professional, persistent in chasing all parties, and went above and beyond to ensure our completion happened on time. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend their service!

Until I met Robert Stubbs I viewed 2 properties with him and I liked the 2nd one. He worked above and beyond to get me into this property with the aid of Scott. Hamptons in Greenwich did a great job. I was in the property within a few weeks. Thank you guys

They also were extremely helpful when it came to answering questions from the solicitors. Vanessa from the resales team went above and beyond for us and helped guide us through the process. When we were in our property we never had any issues with moat, always very fair and helpful. So pleased to have bought our first home through moat, we will always be grateful for the whole experience of shared ownership

29th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Terrible agency. Stay away. They let out a flat where the boiler wasn't working from day one of the tenancy. When a call out was made at the weekend on Saturday I was told that it was not an emergency and not having ANY heating/ hot water during Winter with a 3 year old living in the house didn't classify as an emergency so the contractor would only be sent on the Monday, which they then did.
29th May 2024 (4 days ago)I recently worked with David from Garrison Estates and was extremely pleased with the amazing level of service that he provided. He was the glue that held everything together. He helped communicate between all parties, was extremely approachable and friendly, easy to message on WhatsApp and always available to take a call, helped push along the process when there were delays with getting information from third parties and even continued to relay information from the seller after the sale. I cannot imagine a more ideal estate agent to help navigate the complicated process of buying property, and I will definitely be looking to use David's services again in the future if I ever need to deal with selling property. Highly recommended. And thank you!

28th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Initial valuation was very good. House sold within 5 days of being on market. Got told by office that initial offer was good & there wasn't any other interest. Considering it was only 4 days in, I wasn't happy with that. I managed to get a little more from the buyers. Otherwise happy with service. The cost included the solicitors fees & I was told that Wigwam would do all the chasing with them. Only time will tell.

Maddie is the most patient and kind person, always super helpful (thorough answers to questions) and is great at communication (immediate responses and easy to reach). She made the whole process unintimidating and very smooth. ????
