16th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)We were with Martin&Co 2 years ago and left as circumstances changed meaning we needed a different size property and when our tenancy was ending we headed straight back to these guys as our old property was back out on the market - so here we are back with this amazing letting agents, fabulous staff, professional and so friendly and back in our old place ?? Any problems with our property are sorted out promptly and problems are never to big and they are always there at the end of the phone. Would highly recommend! Keep up the good work.guys ????

15th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I had a positive experience with Andrew’s from the initial meeting/valuation of my property, to informing me of pending viewings and quick responses with feedback. The team were friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend them as an agent.
13th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)I contacted this Estate Agent ‘four’ times to arrange a viewing, 3 by their online platform & once via telephone, (to which I was notified I would receive a call). Zero response, not even a courtesy call.. extremely unprofessional. I’m now in the process of contacting the owner of the property themselves to inform them.

From the initial consultation to the final closing, Jemma demonstrated impressive market knowledge, providing valuable insights and guidance that led to a super quick sale. With great communication and a proactive approach I felt Jemma really understood our needs and the 3D walking tour facility showcased my property in the best light possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Allen and Harris Highworth to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner for their real estate needs, and Jemma especially. Please note: I do not recommend their in house solicitors.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

9th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

8th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)The staff at The Property Centre are great, and on the ball - returned my calls quickly responded to my emails with no delays, very knowledgeable and helpful - I have received great customer service from the whole team at TPC, through what was quite a tricky sale period - I would recommend TPC, their fees and contract is very fair, very clear communication no hidden agenda with a very professional service Thank you.
