26th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)We had to leave our Hampshire home at short notice following a disastrous oil leak. Mid-November is not a great time to search for rental properties, with landlords pulling out of the market, leading to demand increasing for the few remaining. Also we hoped to move back into our house once rectification works were completed and so didn’t want to commit to an 18 month lease, with 12 month break clause, which is standard. We needed something more flexible. Thanks to Sheila O’Brien’s helpful and imaginative approach she persuaded a landlord who had decided to sell up, but was neither renting, nor selling, that he should rent to us until the sales market improved. In return we would facilitate viewings. The result has benefitted both sides - we got our short term home; the landlord got rent and eventually a sale as the Spring market warmed up. Everyone was happy. Sheila is a class act!
6th May 2024 (13 days ago)The whole process of buying through Fletchers was extremely efficient and smooth. As a first time buyer the process can feel quite duanting however Herman was fantastic, very knowledgeble and always willing to answer any questions. I couldn’t recommened Herman enough if you are looking to buy a property in the area.
26th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I recently rented a flat through KFH Chiswick, I dealt with Rebecca and Alisdair who were absolutely amazing. From the property viewing until the move, I was updated throughout process. I was treated and dealt with professionally. If I had a query Rebecca would get back to me promptly. Dealing with KFH was the smoothest part of my move, I would definitely recommend this agency. Five stars!
17th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)My experience working with KFH Fulham and Chelsea, and with Peter Kasicki in particular, was exemplary. Whilst searching for a one-bed flat in the area I often dealt with other Estate Agents who disregarded key criteria, showed unsuitable properties and were inconsistent in their communication. Peter was consistent, reliable and really took the time to listen carefully to my needs and concerns. I particularly valued his honesty- he was upfront with highlighting potential issues with properties and offered sincere, genuine advice, resulting in a trusting relationship. He was also extremely diligent in answering any follow-up questions post viewing and even sharing detailed videos of the properties with helpful commentary. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Peter and the KFH team to anyone who is looking in the area and wants genuine support in the process.

22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

Matt was brilliant at valuing my property and set the ball rolling. Kelly Ramsden handled the offer on my property and my onward purchase, nothing is too much to ask, she got back to me almost instantly. The photographer mollie was superb and very professional. Michelle was brilliant on the viewing and very professional.

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????
25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

They are not the cheapest but the service they provide is of a real premium standard. They are always quick, efficient, and professional in all dealings. They also have good business sense and connections. They generated far more interest on the sale of the property then another agent we had on a multi agent deal. Would recommend.
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

They promised you with a lot of things before you move in and once you move in and pay and sign they will never do what they promised. My advice if you want to rent from this Sh&ty agent to record video of the person dealing with you. Rental manger (Andrew)????????
