5th May 2024 (14 days ago)We can't thank Joe, Pete and Pete enough for all of the help they've given us in buying our first home. Joe has been our primary contact throughout and is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. When Joe has been unavailable, Pete and Peter have always been there to support as well. Above all, they have been incredibly ethical which gave us so much more comfort navigating our house purchase for the first time! We've been in our home well over six months now and Joe continues to go above and beyond by helping us to navigate any questions that come up with the builder (we bought a new build house). I couldn't recommend Paul Wallace enough!

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Absolutely poor. Most of their listings are not even real, they were rented ages ago but still online so people can waste their time. The guy who answered my call sounded like he was 10 feet under water, couldn’t hear anything properly. If you look at most of their reviews, they’re from bot accounts with 1 review praising two of their supposed salesmen. Avoid!

The whole process was prompt efficient and l was kept informed throughout the whole process. I have again lovely tenants and l would recommend eastate east agent to landlords.

22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Saylan and the team at Stonebridge were an absolute pleasure to work with when selling my flat. I'd had bad experiences with some of the larger agencies so I moved to Stonebridge because I'd heard such good things about them. They are very personable and create an approach to sales that is bespoke to your property - really getting to know the unique things about it that will appeal to buyers and help sell it - and constantly keep you updated throughout the process. Saylan was a real professional and constantly came up with initiatives that would work in the current climate. They achieved success where the bigger agents did not, and I'm 100% sure it was because they put the time in to make it personal without any of the jargon and take pride in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend Saylan and the team!

5th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is my 2nd bad experience to this agency. Never again. Will not bother asking for viewing for their properties. Called yesterday confirming our jobs and all information including my small child. Everything is well and told me they will call me back. The day after I follow up for the viewing request and they suddenly changed mind that they can't accept the child which they said a day before that it was okay. We never experienced this with much more known agencies than PORTICO! AVOID!

Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++
