We have purchased one property through Harry Harper and lease two properties with them and everything has been smooth and effective. For me, communication is the absolute key factor with property agents, and they do really well on this front.

15th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Terrible, wanted to enquire about some properties , guy from other side picked up my call like he’s just woke up from sleep, couldn’t answer any of my questions, wasted my time , glad I’ve never asked them to advertise any of my properties, lack of professionalism, lack of property knowledge, please try to avoid this agent, you won’t go much further with them.

3rd Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I'm deeply DISAPPOINTED with my experience at this agency and compelled to share my story. Despite my initial optimism, I'm currently facing the possibility of LOSING over £9000, encompassing my deposit and the remaining rental fee, which remains unpaid two months after my tenancy's conclusion. My advice? Think twice before choosing this agency. Our journey to rent an apartment was fraught with challenges, including daily visits due to constantly rescheduled viewings. Eventually, my friend and I managed to secure a lease for one year, with a six-month break clause, paying the full year's rent upfront. Upon moving in, we were greeted by an apartment in disarray, complete with remnants from previous tenants and two DIRTY sofas. When we requested a cleanup, the agency insisted that it was our responsibility, as we hadn't specified the need for one in our contract. (Fine, it was my fault to did not list it in the contract.) The maintenance team proved to be purely for show. Immediate issues, such as non-functional light, closet doors that wouldn't close, were dismissed as my responsibility and persistently IGNORED despite numerous requests for assistance. Attempts to reach out to the maintenance team and my property manager were met with SILENCE, no callbacks, or any form of response. The agency's lack of communication and accountability has been profoundly frustrating. In dire need of my deposit and rental fee, I've called multiple times only to be met with excuses for my property manager's absence, ranging from lunch breaks to illnesses. It's almost inconceivable. This experience serves as a stark reminder to carefully evaluate your options before committing to this agency.

Beals has always provided us information to new available place that is within our preference. Muhammad Hussain, one of their agents has been very approcheable and patient. His response to queries are timely and has been very polite in communicating with us. Very helpful to first time tenants who has very little idea with the tenancy process.

Chris always get back to you when he says he will and payments are always made on time. All office staff are very friendly. Great company to work along side.

19th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)A property is up for sale on the Day and Co's website. I made an enquiry to view via email, yesterday lunch time. Today, I received a phone call at lunchtime, to say that the property is no longer available. They have accepted an offer. It's now 3pm the following day and the property is still available for sale on their website. If the vendor has accepted an offer, they need to mark it as such on their website and stop wasting people's time. On the phone, I wasn't convinced that they where telling me the truth, to be honest. They mumbled and kept getting their tongue in a twist. The same happened when they left a message on my answer phone. Mumbling and getting their tongue in a twist. But claimed that it was a different female on the answer phone. Both sounded exactly the same. They have all my details from when I sent them an email yesterday but I will call and ask them to take me of their register. I'm registered with other agencies that I have a lot more confidence in. Day and co. does not give me confidence. They might be better in lettings. I don't know.

They both go above and beyond no matter what! 5 star service all the way! They care about buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords but they also invest time and care in the local community. They know through customers and families and I will be forever thankful for every single thing they do for me. Personally and professionally. Amazing! 13th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.

We went to view a property today, called ahead to tell them we were going to be 10 mins late and were told by Jasmine she would call the person on site and let us know if this was not Okay. Arrived (8mins late) and noone at the property. Called the office spoke to Jasmine again who said the person doing the viewing had left... they hadn't called us back to tell us and then said "who was it you spoke to?" She had clearly put the phone down and completely forgotten. An hour and a half round trip wasted due to incompetence.
9th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Old lady on phone wasn’t very helpful and unprofessional customer service skills she needs to be trained how to be polite and understand and help a customer instead of saying right and giving awkward answers and saying let’s not get ahead of each other which I asked was a simple question I was promised a call back and was wondering what was going on I didn’t know it was that hard
