He went over and above and is so easy to speak to. If we are ever thinking of I wouldn’t go with anyone else. I’m really happy to say that other friends of ours have used Thomas’ services and have been just as happy as us. Thanks Thomas and Essex Guild

29th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I was a first time buyer, and as a buyer I thought E&S did a fantastic job. Zuhre was very responsive, understanding, and honest during the process, explained what needed to be done, and did a great job liaising with the sellers (which was not always easy!). Dan was very good at showing the property, and understood well on what needed to be done, and did a great job getting both the sellers and me to agree on completion. Even though the sellers were their clients, I thought they did a great job looking out for me too. Would definitely recommend, and use them for selling a property.

Emma also managed to get me a mortgage appointment regarding my new house and managed to save me hundreds on my mortgage. Really grateful I used them and will definitely recommend.

11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had to sell my mother's house after she died and then my brother died a few months later. It has been a very traumatic experience. However Stephanie at Countryside Estates handled the whole matter in a both professional but more importantly very sensitive manner. One of her many strength's was her assertiveness with both the buyers and the solicitors making sure everyone was fully aware of what was needed to by done by whom and when it needed to be done by which then ensured everything was signed and agreed in a timely manner. I felt like I have been working with a consummate professional who knows everything involved in the process and legal requirements of selling a house with an obvious in depth experience and thorough knowledge of the market and conveyancing. I highly commend Countryside Estates and it goes without saying have nothing but gratitude for the brilliant customer service experience I receive from Stephanie.

As the sale progressed, with a number of hurdles along the way, Chelsea and team kept up the great work; the regular whatsapp updates were very much appreciated!! Great, clear price, friendly, supportive and empathetic professionals. I would happily recommend Amos Estates as the agents with a personal touch.

After service just a good and Ellie was also fab chasing follow ups. An independence estate giving a bespoke service to suit the individuals giving the personal touch I would recommend them everytime

2nd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Fisk handled the process well although when it came to signing the legal paperwork toward the end of the process, the young lady within the estate agent was unsure whether she was the witness or if it was my solicitors who would be the witness signature. Overall, a decent experience when buying my first property.
