15th May 2024 (18 days ago)Shambles of a company. Cohesion and desperation to move us into a property with black mould and damage throughout. False advertisement on RIGHTMOVE and refused to refund us as we signed the tenancy before seeing the property (went off pictures on rightmove where no black mould could be seen) landlord took our 1.6k so she can ‘fix the property’ in order to get new tenants in. They seem to think painting over black mould is how you fix it.

17th May 2024 (16 days ago)We have recently bought a property which Sell Well sold on behalf of their client. Each stage was really well handled, from first/second viewing and throughout the conveyancing process. Communication is absolutely key for first time buyers like us, and Melanie and the team were always at hand to help over email - or to pick up our calls in a very timely manner. I know after the experience I have had buying through them I wouldn't hesitate to do the same again or sell a property with them in future. Thank you all - fabulous team and very helpful. **We wondered why there for sale/sold signs were everywhere and now we know ???? 5 ??** Phil and Sophie

1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Arc were confident of getting a sale for the price they valued our property at, however, the price of our property was clearly overvalued to get our custom. We have since sold our property for £15k lower than they said with another estate agent.

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the first day I walked through their door, Jack and Harriet made the entire process incredibly simple and stress-free. They truly listened to my needs and understood exactly what I was looking for. Unlike other agencies that feel very commercial, Smooth Move provided a personal touch that made me feel valued as a client. Jack and Harriet were fast and efficient, with no delays and everything clearly communicated and transparent. I also had the pleasure of interacting with another colleague whose name I can't recall, but they were incredibly cheerful and instrumental in helping me understand the local schools for my son. Based on my experience, I can confidently say that Smooth Move Property Agents are the best in the current market. Their dedication, personal approach, and professionalism are unmatched. Highly recommended!

Everyone is helpful and friendly and Ashley got us a good offer in no time at all. There’s no reason to search for estate agents; go straight to Higham!

1st Jun 2024 (1 day ago)Lauren and Kieran have been fantastic throughout the whole sale. The accuracy of there evaluation and marketing made this a very easy for the property to sell. In less than 48hrs from going online to accepting an offer. Communication was excellent and Lauren kept in touch with every update made. I would highly recommend Balmer & Co for the buying / selling of your property.
