29th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)Charters have kept close communication with me and have been fully engaged throughout my selling journey. They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.

19th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )- 30th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)They rent me a freezing house, it’s likes the same to be outside or even worst ! there’s not insulation in the house, windows are not double glazed, just in the kitchen, mould comes up, my wardrobes are completely wet my, I’ve asked to landlord to insulate the roof, but the house stills cold, the house doesn’t keep heated !!! Expending too much gas bills, and no one said anything about it ! So the winter it’s comes again and I’ll not be suffering again, in this fridge ! Ive tried to contact them about, but I didn’t get any answer, sent emails I’ve just get a short email with not much explanations. I’ll not gonna be sick again in this freezing house, and I’ll not recommend this state agency for anyone ! Avoid them !

Thank you to other staff who we also spoke to on the phone who were also friendly in passing on any queries.

8th Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)We had used KL to sell our house in 2014, and chose the new house in Liphook by asking KL, what they had on their books, after an exhaustive search for a house and over 20 viewings, with other agents. We felt that we could trustJohn and Franco, from our previous experience. And true to form they where extremely professional responsive and helpful throughout the process.
13th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)As new landlords having Natasha and Rachel's support to guide us through the process was invaluable. They were supportive and informative at all times and we always felt that our interests were central to the process. Their guidance in preparing the property for rental was particularly important as there were many things we needed to conclude before we could rent. We had one or two false starts with tenants however they managed this smoothly and worked hard to find a tenant that fitted our requirements in addition to suiting the tenant. Perhaps most important of all, as landlords we felt listened to and the communication was excellent. Super agent that i would highly recommend to others

Once a sale was agreed, we were kept fully informed throughout the transaction and Julie always responded to any queries in a timely manner.

From start to finish, they were professional, attentive and made the house buying process bearable! However, I must give a special shout-out to Serena, who truly went above and beyond. We viewed numerous properties with various agents, but Serena stood out as exceptional. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and her knowledge was unmatched. She effortlessly answered all our questions and made us feel completely at ease. Beyond her expertise, Serena's personable nature made the experience enjoyable and memorable.

We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
