30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Beware of Booking Property Viewings with Your Move If you're considering booking a property viewing with Your Move, you might want to think twice. My experience with them left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. From the moment I expressed interest, I was bombarded with calls, voicemails, and rude emails. What's worse, when I voiced my displeasure, I received even more disrespectful communication, including threats to archive my contact details. Shockingly, this behavior came from the branch manager herself. It's not only upsetting but also baffling how such unprofessionalism can exist in the real estate industry. Ultimately, this aggressive approach is driving potential buyers away, leading to a significant loss in sales for them. Proceed with caution if you choose to engage with Your Move.
10th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I recently contacted Connells to come and value my property as I wanted to sell, Jacob came to my property to do so, and has also dealt with all other requirements going forward so far. He has gone above and beyond, he is extremely approachable, easy to communicate with and fast to respond, and very professional at the same time. My experience with Connells so far has been great and ran smoothly, all with thanks to Jacob. I cannot recommend him enough!

19th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Didn’t always ring us to inform us re the outcome of the viewing. The lighting of the photos was far too bright, they did change it slightly when asked.

Having had experiences with others agents in the area safe to say that Middletons went above and beyond our expectations. Paul was very proffesional when valuing our property and managed expectations well. And Julie and the team are very efficient and fantastic with keeping you update step by step. Buying or selling a house can be so stressful, but the team at Middletons made our journey a lot easier and we are forever grateful for that. If we could give 6 stars, we would!

1st May 2024 (18 days ago)I have recently placed my property on the market with this estate agent. I was impressed by the speed and efficiency with which they have collated all the required information, and the enthusiasm of the personnel.
30th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Absolutely unacceptable service from this letting agency, especially the Nottingham branch. My experience with them was beyond disappointing. They demanded a guarantor, which I promptly provided. After completing the referencing process with the guarantor's employer, they had the audacity to inform me that I didn't pass their affordability test. Mind you, I currently reside in a property with higher rent than the one I was applying for! To add insult to injury, they went ahead and verified the employment of my guarantor without bothering to verify my income or even contacting me or my employer. And then, after wasting two weeks of my time with their incompetence, they had the nerve to inform me that the landlord backed out after accepting a holding deposit. Avoid this agency like the plague if you value your time and sanity. Go with any other letting agent, but steer clear of them. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' time and efforts is appalling !
18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..
12th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)The team at Osprey are far ahead of the other agencies when it comes to the propoerty rental experience. I've lived in rented homes for almost 30 years and the landlord/agent is usually hard work. But not this time. A special shout out to Charlotte for her approachability, knowledge and professionalism... and also for really understanding the rental experience from both the landlord and the tenant's points of view. Highly recommend as a trusted agency.

Nothing was ever too much trouble when calling, each of the team being extremely good and conscientious whenever we called and all matters were dealt with rapidly and efficiently. Dealing with the team certainly changed my mind on that there is lot more to selling a house than it just appearing on "Right Move". Thanks to you all and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone wanting sell or purchase a home through you. 5 Stars all the way.
18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

8th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)From the intial call, Newton Fallowell were able to come back on a rental property we were interested in, and arrange a viewing of the rental property at short notice. Glenn called us and then met us at the property, he was exceedingly helpful ,explaining all aspects of rental, and the process clearly.
12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.

We really couldn’t recommend this team highly enough to help you purchase or sell your property. We will definitely be using their services again should we ever decide to sell!
