Their positivity and support gave us back the confidence we needed at a stressful time and led to a successful and happy sale. We have been most impressed with Richard's professionalism and understanding of our needs. Thank you to the whole team for being so nice! We wouldn't hesitate in coming to you again if we ever move again (which we're not planning on doing soon)!

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Excellent service in both sales and lettings. Approachable, knowledgable and friendly staff who really go the extra mile for their clients and tenants. I’ve let my home through Ian Perks since 2020, and when our house went up for sale, they helped ensure its sale to another landlord with us in situ. They were reassuring and helpful and helped guide us through the process, keeping me updated every step of the way. During the process of the sale, Ian Perks helped ensure that it caused as little inconvenience and disturbance to us as possible. Would 100% recommend to those looking to rent or buy/sell.

7th May 2024 (12 days ago)Rang them once. Spoke to someone, they didn’t answer after that. Subsequently sent web enquiries through Rightmove and separately, two emails. They responded to nothing. No texts, emails, calls…nothing. Finally, sent them an email telling them what I thought of them. Used to feel sorry for them. No longer . With Savills and Knight Frank over taking them they’re on their way out. They made their choice. They can live with the consequences. Goodbye Butler Sherborne. You had a choice about how you treated me. I will enjoy witnessing your decline.

All-in-all first class service and support.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 16th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)We purchased our house through S&P in 2016 and sold it through them last year. We were very impressed with their professionalism on both occasions. When buying, Simon pressed the sellers to make sure that they took a reasonable position on some items which they proposed to exclude from the sale (at the last minute) and, when we sold, he advised us well on both pricing and prospective purchasers. He also pressed to keep the process moving foreword but without being too pushy. I enjoyed working with him and his colleagues - a very good experience all ways round.

After trying to sell the property via the usual local high street estate agent, without success, I heard about Robert and his company and moved to him. His very professional and thorough approach was in stark contrast to the previous estate agency. The new sales brochure was 100% better, both in the photography and accompanying text. Robert was very supportive, as was the rest of his team. They kept me informed throughout and the property was sold in the predicted timescale. I would highly recommend his estate agency.
