Mr Mathew Miller came to the property spent two hours talking things through.. His advise was factual and professional.. it was in My favour as the vendor as opposed to quick sale lowering price for a quick sale in the estate agents favour. Mr Miller was diplomatic in guiding me to the right price for the current market. For those who care to listen ..he knows his stuff!!!! The team at Okehampton sadly …I couldn’t find a word better than excellent so that will have to do. They always made time to contact me at their earliest opportunity . ..If they were out. No question or comments were ignored always just right in their communication skills. An absolute delight to work with such nice , diligent professionals. But Luna the chocolate brown spaniel X helped to confirm my choice ????. As they show you which are the best humans to work with. My best wishes to the team and with lots of gratitude for all that they did to ensure a stress free and professional service. WM

9th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Complete were professional and friendly. They kept us updated about every viewing and the feedback from the potential buyers. Once an offer was accept6they phoned us every week to keep us updated on what was happening on the buyers side, which was helpful and reassuring, especially as the sale took a little while to go through. I would recommend complete.
6th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)We purchased our new property from Stags, moving as part of a small chain. Stags were most helpful in keeping things moving, with excellent communication. Jordan James our main contact and the other staff in the office were always most helpful, friendly and polite. Stags Torquay is a highly professional office and gives excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. I feel they actually care about you as a client (they won't laugh if you have dumb question they understand that it's important to you). They provided me with exceptional service. I cannot rate them highly enough.
9th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)STAY CLEAR FROM HERE THEY WILL TELL YOU LIES they promised us that with a guarantor our bad credit wouldn't matter just so they could keep our holding fee absolute horrible company don't fall for there tricks , my wife became very sick after dealing with these crooks, every bit of information that we knew about which was most was revealed to them and after they convincing us with a guarantor this couldn't happen they still kept it , legal action is the only way you will get your money bk We have been through the complaint procedure with no success this is exactly what you want people to do when there homeless or nearly homeless you do this and hope people will roll over lie and more lies

I never said there was one in my name specifically. Try searching for a property with constant leaks, no hot water and now a chimney that's about to fall off and kill someone. So, maybe sort your properties out, rather than trying to dismiss a genuine review on Google. *If you rent a home from them, make sure they don't manage it! Wow, beyond a joke. They NEVER sort anything that is important or answer questions. Wish we never used.*

3rd May 2024 (17 days ago)Well they must have lots of business as I called them and spoke to a lady who took my details (which were already on their system) as I was looking to sell or rent my property out, but have never received a call back or email so after a week of waiting I went to fulfords, who have already been out, no emails or missed calls on my landline of mobile from them , bit silly really but if they can’t manage a call back…..
