28th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I rented a property through these agents on a Management service to the hideous landlord who gained access into the property without my written permission and authorisation being a paying tenant. Their office is full of women who are two-faced and talk about members of the public behind their back.

22nd Jul 2022 (1 year ago)We were disappointed in the amount of interest they created. They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.
24th Apr 2024 (26 days ago)If I could give zero stars I would. They tried to force us into using their in house broker (which of course they get extra commission for) and they fabricated a cash buyer. Their exact words were “there is a cash buyer but if you use our broker we will go sale agreed with you today”. We now know there was never any cash buyer. It’s actually illegal for agents to insist that you use their in-house broker and Connells have been reported for this before. Funnily enough the call was made from a work mobile so there is no recording. Awful, pushy, lying agents.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
1st May 2024 (19 days ago)Tom Bedford at Savills, Exeter has lead us through a complicated and at times distressing probate sale. I appreciated his humour, communication and candour. I recommend as a safe pair of hands.
15th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)This estate agency is absolutely terrible. As a person trying to buy a home they are rude on the phone and don’t seem proactive, or fussed. I think it’s the worst estate agency I’ve come across and it’s a shame because they seem the prominent agency in Dorset and Devon (perhaps they know they have the monopoly). I’m now searching for homes that are with other estate agents

Tess, the agent who showed me the property, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging, making the viewing experience a pleasure. Jackie handled the administrative process of signing the contract with outstanding professionalism. Her communication was clear, prompt, and extremely helpful, exactly what one needs when moving house. I highly recommend Stags for anyone looking for a seamless and supportive real estate experience!

She is kind, funny, clever, quick witted, assertive, and hugely supportive. We simply could not have got the purchase off the ground without her. If we ever change careers and open an estate agents ourselves we will poach her. She is a fantastic asset to this firm and we would not hesitate to use her again (we are never ever moving again however!!!). Thank you Helen you are just the best!

22nd Apr 2024 (28 days ago)We were very pleased with the service we received from Alex Coates of Humberts whilst selling our house through them. If you are planning on selling your house and want a professional sevice from start to finish, I strongly suggest you use Humberts of Honiton. Better still, even if you have no immediate plans to sell, get in touch with Alex Coates and get to know him now, because when you do decide to sell, the whole process is far less stressful. That's what we did and and as the relationship was already established, any challenges that arose were dealt with in a much easier way thanks to Alex.
4th Dec 2022 (1 year ago)We chose Savills because they appeared to be the most efficient and proactive company we approached to sell our home. Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. Feedback only given twice in 6 months. We have now taken our property off the market until next year.

Unlike most other Estate Agents Paul was contactable both day and night and never failed to get back to us and sort out any problems that arose and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend Paul who was a pleasure to work with.- 18th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
