9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)After 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded. It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.
9th May 2024 (10 days ago)Hurfords have enabled us to sell and move quickly and effiiciently. From Grace's first valuation visit to the final conversation on key handover to Helen, every interaction has been the perfect mix of professional and friendly. The plan of how to sell outlined on day 1 was followed and enabled us to have a really slick sales process. I am more than happy to recommend their services. Thanks again to all the Hurfords staff.

Well done Paul- 23rd Jan 2024 (17 weeks ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
21st Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)After my great review last year, I am afraid that this year I have to give a rather disappointing rate. I requested to change of bank account for rent to transfer back in Dec 2020 and my rental agreement renewed in March. I emailed to the branch manager, to ensure its all updated. She said its in the system. When it came to March, the rent went to my old account, so I emailed again, she asked me to resend the form again. She told me it was all in the system. To have a peace of mind, I called the credit control and they told me the bank account hasn't updated. So I called, and she told me I need to add a signature same as the agreement, which I did immediately. I was told the rent would be transferred yesterday or today. I didn't receive any statement or rent. I called the accounts department again to find out she was sending the blank form to them, so they are holding the payment. The accounts department told me they now received the form but it would take a process to get approval from administration and it will be more delay. I am totally shocked as to how come a simple bank account change is so complicated. Considering, I sent this request back in December last year. I feel that they passing the ball around and not sorting things out. I have to made around 8 calls and few emails to try to sort this out. As a landlord, the late rent income meaning I have to pay late charges somewhere. I really am disappointed and stress out to deal with this, which I shouldn't have to spend my time calling around their department to ensure things to sort out. Though I didn't want to make a fuss about it, but I though I needed to share my experience here. (old review in 2019) Very impressed with the great improvement of the letting services. Ann and her team has done a fantastic job to find me new tenants within couple of weeks. Great communication keeping me in the loop all the time. Highly recommended to all landlords looking for good professional and reliable estate agent in the area.

Ryan, Paul, Claudio and Peter (still not met you) were just brilliant. Ryan suggested a solicitor, take his advice, because the one he suggested was amazing. He got me over the line in record time. I can't fault this company and the team they have are brilliant. I doubt I'll have to deal with them again because they helped to facilitate purchasing my dream. Thank you all at WHB. I cant fault you. 100% 5 stars!- 7th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Very pleased with the service we received from SQ. We got good advice on a strategy and sold the house very quickly. Katie kept on top of the solicitors and the rest of the chain to ensure everyone was proceeding, and that I knew what was going on. Excellent service.

(61 reviews)5th Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)We had a viewing at a house, they were 10 mins late until we rang to find out if someone was coming to show us round, they said they'd ring back to confirm if someone was delayed, and then another 10 mins later no response, and rang back again to find out if someone was going to come at all, still waited another 10 mins for any response, then decided to go home, what a waste of time. People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.
