Me and my family are planning on relocating to Sussex to be near family and give my kids a better life as we live in London. we found this lovely house got accepted tho great let's get everything moving getting references done so my partner put in his notice at work as his a support work has been for over 8 years and hours are not flexible 14 hours days plus sleep in so he got job thats more flexible so can look for work in the new area. Explained all this even said we would pay a few months in advance then get rejected coz my partner not having a stable job how that make sense.

2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)Unquestionably it's 10 out of 10 for the 100% service provided by Michaela and her colleagues Karen, Gina, Paul, Lorraine and Neil. Taylor Engley easily fall into the 'A Team' category of Eastbourne Estate Agents, and from my experience of how they handled the sale of my late father's property, it was everything you would expect from a group of professionals on top of their game. I've been involved in the property business in the UK for over 50 years and have dealt with hundreds of Estate Agents far and wide. I can confidently state that Taylor Engley are up there with the very best. Well done to Michaela, who excelled on every level. She navigated the sale in a totally seamless fashion and is truly a great asset to the Taylor Engley organisation. I can only speak as I find, and for my part, the service I received was outstanding. Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

They accommodated all our needs and provided the right matches on the specified locations. As a first time buyers we had numerous questions and the whole team really provided the right solutions. When the suitable matches found and immediately they coordinated with the land lords and arranged viewing based on our availability. When we given the offer the team had prepared the offer on same time and convinced them as well to make it happen. In my opinion if anyone need personable, helpful and communicable team simply go with Ryder & Dutton, Royton branch. Once again thanks for all the support provided.

However, I shouldn't have worried - without her determination and "above and beyond" approach my new tenant moved in and we're both super happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH Fay - you're the BEST!

Buyer was found shortly after property went on the market, and the sale was progressed through to completion very efficiently.

They arranged a visit by Callum to value our property and within a couple of days it was on the Market and viewing's had already started. The selling process seemed to take a long time due to being Leasehold but we were advised and supported by both Callum and Annabel who kept us calm and we carried on. Nothing Jackie and I can say will ever be enough to be put into words the gratitude and thanks that we give for your hard work that you have all put in to not only selling our property but giving us the home we have so desired for so long . There were many times we were quite ready to throw in the towel but through your sheer tenacity Coilin you never gave up and soldiered on with this constant belief that its not over till its over. Your problem solving spirit shows no limits and you jumped every hurdle put in front of you and thank god you did. Anne worked tirelessly on it, she would not give in and ended up being the one co ordinating all the clients, estate agents and solicitors all along the chain.I believe our move would not have happened if we had not had Anne championing our cause.
