5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STRUCTURAL SURVEYS! Paid for a full survey for my home, not simply a valuation survey. Failed to note anywhere on the report that a load bearing wall had been removed without support in the kitchen, requiring thousands in building work to rectify. I would have serious doubts about the competency of this firm on this basis. A builder was able to confirm within seconds that the load bearing wall had been removed with only visual checks so a chartered surveyor should have no excuses. They might be very friendly but leave you with an unsafe house, so be warned.

We were buying a house through them, and not only did Mell provide great service with that side, but also went above and beyond in aiding us in the selling of our property. This was incredibly helpful as she was able to coordinate a particularly sticking move which threatened to derail the chain. She dealt with everything calmly and professionally and was a really reassuring presence throughout the move. Thanks Mell and Ben!

We had found our future home and needed to sell ours quickly to ensure our offer would be accepted. We contacted EweMove on a Wednesday, Martin came to our house Thursday morning, the advert was live by Friday & the house had 12 viewings booked in for Bank Holiday Monday & Wednesday evening. The house was sold by the Wednesday, 7 days after initial contact. This service is unheard of and completely blew us away. Martin was unbelievably knowledgeable and extremely generous with his time. We were made to feel like his only client despite his busy workload & nothing was too much trouble. We will never use another estate agent and will recommend Martin & EweMove to everybody we know. We can't thank you enough Martin.

20th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)The decision to use Murphy Property Agents to sell my house, was an easy one to make. On the initial visit Jody explained everything clearly and concisely, and I immediately felt at ease and knew that I trusted him to sell my house and get the best price he could. The timescale from first valuation visit to my house being photographed and listed on the internet was a matter of DAYS! Jody did every viewing for me, chased viewers for feedback and forwarded that onto me immediately. My house sold within just TWO weeks (to a lady who first viewed it on the very day it went live on the internet), and I believe that to be down to the care, attention and advice given by the agent. I would have no hesitation using Murphy Property Agents in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property! Thank you for everything.
