They are a great supportive and sympathetic team. Highly recommend Charles Peck for Sales and Lettings.

Heidi and Charlotte who dealt with my purchase in Ashington and the sale of my previous home, were very friendly and helpful. Any problems were dealt with quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Cubitt and West Ashington as a first port of call for buying and selling in this area.

7th May 2024 (26 days ago)If you're looking to overflow with anxiety, this is the place for you. Make sure you only call once! This branch is obscenely rude and intolerant towards a repeat call, even after 5 hours! Not to mention the lack of care for the property. Over several years, we recall only a single resolution in a sea of many many issues that are present even to this day. Its not good enough. Great impartial advice on a realistic sale price and we were particularly impressed with the video tour Oliver did on the property. We think this went a long way towards attracting the right buyer for our home. Would happily use them again.

Purchasing a Grade 2 listed property is no easy feat and they gave us lots of advice and best people to use for surveys etc. Communication was open and always got updates on a regular basis. Would more than happily list or buy a house through this team.

As a landlord who always wants to do the right thing by the tenant and property, I would not be without Sean.
