16th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had a tenant changeover and Tayla was brilliant. Within less than a week she organised 6 viewings from which we had 2 good offers. So there was no need for any vacant period. Tayla was efficient, professional and communicated clearly. I have no hesitation in recommending Yourmove for landlords.

Open Estates have been very professional from the start and although early days had been a slow market, they have kept communication on a regular bases. Hope to have a completion soon all thanks to the team.

21st Apr 2024 (29 days ago)Still haven’t heard from nick or Darlyne regarding my invoice due from the 5th of April. I have been emailing, ringing and no communication and when I do speak to someone it’s always just an excuse or they will say they will sort it today. Then nothing happens. I can’t believe how unprofessional and how hard it is to communicate or pay a simple invoice that was sent weeks ago. They have the deposit from the old tenant who is paying for the clean I carried out for them. I went out my way to help them and this is what I get in return…. I want paying my money I’m owed. You have my number and email address!! Thanks Sophie
