6th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

I bought a property in falkirk After week I was gone to check the property what I need I made state agent He told me If you don't need a property Somebody else pay me extra money money I told him Property already sold to me Why are you saying that He told me it is okay So I receive a call next day He told me Property sold for somebody else It is absolutely Disgusting E took extra money The property which has been sold already That is races Because I am asian The agent name johnston Please avoid this person e will do anything for extra money

14th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)The Bearsden team have been impeccable. Their valuation of the property was spot on as was their advice on how to approach its marketing. They took care of everything, from the survey to marketing, viewing and sale, with attention to every detail. They sent email updates on every viewing and telephoned to give me a detailed verbal report about their followup contact with viewers. After the sale was agreed they kept an eye on the empty property to keep me informed about any maintenance issues. Their approach was very professional, friendly and respectful throughout. From my experience I would highly recommend their services for sales experience, diligence to detail and value for money.

21st Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)I had an excellent experience with Yvonne at the Property Bureau Stirling - the flat was spotless when I moved in, and any issues I had were dealt with in a prompt, friendly, and helpful fashion. My deposit was also quickly returned to me at the end of the tenancy, without any problems at all. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Yvonne and the Property Bureau to potential future renters.
