What makes a great company is the people and the whole team at Sheridans just go above and beyond, every member of their team just couldn’t do enough to help, extremely professional and very personable. We sold through Sheridans they kept us informed throughout, every viewing we were always given feedback, they offered to do all viewings if we were not available. They give you 100% confidence Added bonus After Sheridans sold our property we were extremely fortunate that the new home we purchased was also being offered through Sheridans. Yet again the team worked extremely hard to help us throughout the whole process, putting us in touch with solicitors etc. We got to know the whole team who always made us feel so welcome. The sales team were very helpful especially James whom we had the most contact with. Julie Vassar who dealt with the after sales was amazing, she kept us informed and was extremely helpful (more so than our solicitor!) as well as being professional.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

It was reassuring to have a professional property person acting on my behalf. Zoe showed me two homes that were just splendid and she pointed out many features I wouldn't have otherwise considered. Ella managed all of our paperwork clearly and expeditiously. I had initially gone with another home represented by another agency; the experience was really quite terrible in comparison to the services that Henley's of Mildenhall provided. Each step of the process was handled most professionally and there was no doubt about the communications. We are very pleased with our home.

Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
