2nd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

Although Sarah Hunt from the Cranbrook office was the agent for the house we were buying she went beyond the call of duty to assist us with securing a satisfactory outcome. Sarah worked alongside our agent communicating effectively with all parties. She was always courteous and professional and did all she could to speed up the sale. 3rd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)I recently concluded a tenancy with Alexandre Boyes, I feel it's important to share my experience for the benefit of future tenants. Initially, the estate seemed promising; however, I soon faced significant issues. The most pressing was a large damp problem within both bedrooms of the property, which was acknowledged by the agency but, disappointingly, remained unresolved for the last six months of my tenancy. This not only affected my living conditions but also raised concerns about long-term health impacts. Another surprising oversight was the miscommunication regarding the property's parking situation. I was informed the road was public, but it turned out to be private, leading to unnecessary tension with neighbors. Furthermore, my experience with the deposit return process was particularly stressful. The attempt to withhold the majority of my deposit without clear justification was unsettling. Thankfully, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) mediated, resulting in a £400 return in my favor, which highlighted the discrepancies in the agency's claims. Despite these challenges, I attempted to facilitate a smooth transition by allowing viewings after I moved out, two months before the end of my agreement. I even reached out proactively to ensure the property was left in a satisfactory condition for the next tenant. Regrettably, my efforts to communicate and address potential issues were met with silence, only for these same points to be unfoundedly cited against me at the end of the tenancy. I could talk to more examples of failure from Alexandre Boyes such as the broken back gate which they were aware of as I had reported it twice already, The next door neighbor ended up paying for the repairs in the end due to the lack of response from Alexandre Boyes. This experience has been a learning curve. While I understand that managing properties and expectations can be challenging, transparency, communication, and action are crucial in the estate agency business. I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for Alexandre Boyes, to improve their service for future tenants.
16th May 2024 (3 days ago)I’m very impressed with how professional and understanding all the staffs at Belvoir are. It is been a smooth sailing so far with them from looking for a house and settling into the place. The catch was they introducing us to all the necessary teams from media to utility to make our settling in an easy and pleasant one. Also, I love the fact that, they respect our home and us when they come round. Their way of welcoming us into the house was cute and warming with gifts and vouchers. With Belvior I can boldly say NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR, and you know you are IN GOOD HANDS REGARDING PROPERTIES Buying/Letting. Keep doing what you do Best Belvior! GRACIAS/MERCI! Belvoir????.
23rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)If I could rate Connells Tunbridge Wells a 0 I would. Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication from the agents. To just name an example they provided a very very poorly written description for my house, even if the person struggled with grammar I would expect a spell check to be used at the very least. The photos for the ad were incomplete. When I complained they failed to at least offer an apology for the poor service. They then provided very little communication soon after that. As someone who works in client services I have never experienced poor service with such a lack of ownership and responsibility for their actions.

Given how exhausting these processes can be (i.e., house search, rental application, documentation, moving, etc); engaging with Molly from Leaders made a world of difference in giving us a humane & excellent experience. Good letting agents still exist & Leaders is one of such.- 27th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I was so delighted to receive the call from Faith Lewis of Savills in TUNBRIDGE WELLS to say my daughter and I had been accepted by the Landlord for a home in Broadwater Down. Faith was beyond professional in the way she had guided me around several properties before recommending this one. The efficient process to register and process the paperwork was first class and Faith was highly responsive ensuring it all went very smoothly, We could not be happier with Faith Lewis, Thank you - Tom and Chloe Lee
- 2nd Feb 2024 (15 weeks ago)The survey provided was efficient, helpful and friendly. The report was received promptly and all queries answered quickly and simply, including plenty of photos of the flat roof. It was good to find a surveyor who could survey a flat roof at a very competitive price.

I'm little disappointed with the fixed fee price, I think it should be from the sold price, not the marketed price. And the reason we've chosen your move was that we would be advertised on Zoopla,but after a few months your move cancelled it and we didn't have a say if we would agree on that. We were only informed after I found out that we're not on the Zoopla website.

Everything was handled in a really friendly and professional way and the most important thing for me was that Emma was contactable outside of normal hours. If you look on Rightmove you'll always see that the best photos are Edwards and Gray properties. Definitely recommend
