9th Jan 2024 (21 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

8th May 2024 (25 days ago)By far and away the best rental experience I have ever had! Oliver and Hayley were incredible. From the point of requesting a viewing on a property, to the confirmation of being offered the property took only 4 days!. The level of service is nothing short of outstanding. The online portal made this the easiest home move I have undertaken, The change of address for water, setting up new gas and electric suppliers and transferring my council tax were instantaneous. I could not recommend them enough for anyone looking for a speedy, friendly and professional service.

Mark was so patient, approachable, polite and professional during our viewings. Highly recommend the agency and also the beautiful homes. Bigger than your average new builds.
11th Dec 2023 (25 weeks ago)Waste of time miss sold auction as not explained then tell me it's the auction house not them but signed with them confusing and very arrogant I ended up doing the showing as they could not be bothered also waiting for showing did not tell me they had canceled and on way home as I'm awaiting for them to come had to phone office to see if it was still going on waste of time

I faced a very difficult situation with a very aggressive tenant and Bethany the lettings manager help me enormously when I was not even one of their landlords. Without her help I do not know what I would have done. She was absolutely brilliant , super efficient, super knowable, so committed to her job and also in helping me. A great ambassador for the Fox brand, thank you Bethany sooo... much Julia x

9th May 2024 (24 days ago)Martin&Co have been my letting management agency for around 4 years after the previous agent went bust during the Covid pandemic. From all initial contact they have been informative, responsive and helpful. Any queries or concerns I’ve had regarding property repairs have been dealt with efficiently and quickly. They’ve always acted fairly and when we were recently issued a section 21a due to our landlord wishing to move back into the property, they helped by recommending available properties, keeping an eye out for our reference requests and returning the deposit within 24 hours of the property being handed back. They completed regular inspections on behalf of our landlord but never made us feel ‘invaded’ and would happily rearrange times/dates to suit us. Excellent service and would thoroughly recommend as tenants.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I was in a position to move on this as quickly as possible and a viewing was arranged for me straight away. I am very excited to be moving in soon and the experience I had was excellent. Thank you again Wilson Tominey for helping me.
5th May 2024 (28 days ago)Our experience with Jon at Meyers Estate Agents started with promise but quickly turned disappointing due to a lack of effort on their part. Initially, we were hopeful, as Jon seemed knowledgeable and enthusiastic about selling our property. However, as time went on, it became evident that this enthusiasm did not translate into action. Communication became sporadic, with our inquiries often going unanswered for days. When we did manage to get in touch, it felt like our concerns were not taken seriously, and there was little proactive effort to address them. Despite assurances, our property received little attention from potential buyers, and it languished on the market far longer than we anticipated forcing us to switch agents. When our house quickly sold through another agent, as the buyer had initially viewed it some months before with Jon he still made the commission on the property although he had made no effort to follow up on his introduction and all the hard work and negotiations had been carried out by another agent. Overall, while our experience with Meyers Estate Agents started with promise, the lack of effort and ineffective communication ultimately led to a disappointing outcome. We would caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging with this agency for their property needs

Her dealings with me were professional and kind. I totally trusted Tracy to do the sale of my property. She was referred to me by a friend who had only positive things to say about her.
