Great communication, proactive viewings, a friendly, supportive team during a very difficult time for my family, Issac has been amazing handling a difficult situation prior to us agreeing a sale professionally and with a great deal of understanding towards my concerns. He knows his clients well and has shown empathy to my difficult circumstances. I can’t recommend him and his team highly enough and I am hugely grateful for their support.
22nd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)We predominately dealt with Shelly at the Frome branch through the process of buying and selling our house. Over the last 18 months Shelly has been pretty much the only agent in town who has bothered to keep me up to date with what was coming on the market etc. Not only did we sell through C&T but when it came to purchasing (also through them) they really worked hard to make the deal work for everyone. A very positive experience.- 8th May 2024 (11 days ago)Claire at Davies and Davies in Westbury has been so patient and supportive throughout the sale of my Mum's flat. We have had challenges and set backs along the way but Claire has seen us through it all, being completely honest and knowledgeable about the best way forward. Couldn't be happier with the service we have had and would recommend Davies and Davies 100% and would definitely use their services again. Thank you to all for a successful outcome.

Russell kept me updated with everything going on throughout the process, and was in contact with my solicitor regularly too. I would definitely recommend Kingsley Pike estate agents as they are incredibly reliable and always happy to help with any queries you may have. Thank You for helping to make the sale process of moving an absolute breeze! It’s been much appreciated!

Selling a house can be stressful but at every stage we received guidance, support and clarity. No hesitation in recommending them to you in the highest possible terms

20th Apr 2024 (29 days ago)COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. ZERO STARS. Tied in to a one sided 20 week contract (in their favour) & very little interest from buyers or A & H. Total apathy, they are not the local company we all once knew & loved, in our case for over fifty (yes 50) years & used happily in the past to buy & sell property several times. They are part of a national company called SEQUENCE. Phone calls not acted upon or promised call backs not made, false statements ('we have people queuing up to buy houses like yours'). Make sure you negotiate the length of your contract & selling commission percentage if you are brave enough to use them. They are toying with people's dreams & don't seem to give a toss. Neither did their sister company in Weymouth where we are moving to but that's a story for another review.

Purton Wiltshire) didn't disclose that he has a soakaway far to close to property 17. After refusing to move it or my offer to move it we had no option but to pull out as the end result could undermine the foundations and cause damp. Speaking to the Council Surveyor the soakaway needs to be moved to min 5 mtrs away from the property. It might also affect the properties close by. We and our buyer are now left with legal fees as we had already got to contracts. BUYER BEWARE. IT IS SAD THAT THE NEXT INTERESTED PARTY WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF THE SOAKAWAY ISSUE BY THE ESTATE AGENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
3rd Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?
18th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)My wife and I are absolutely delighted that Ceri Evans has been managing our house in Winchester for so long. Ceri is excellent with tenants, and very proactive, which minimises our involvement, although anything major is always discussed with us. if there are any questions to which we need answers, Ceri has virtually always replied the same day, and sometimes within seconds or minutes of being asked! A real treasure! Tony and Sue Rogers.
4th May 2024 (15 days ago)AVOID AT ANY COST if you are a landlord! Chancellors handled my last tenancy extremely poorly from start to finish. It was so bad I had to get the ombudsman involved who ruled against Chancellors and awarded significant compensation. From losing keys (and refusing to pay for them), to messing up the tenancy documentation, and a section 21 notice to evict my tenant, the whole process went by very poorly. Their 'fully managed' tenancy service means they contract out property management to a third party company in Bracknell (Thameside Property Management - google reviews if you don't believe how bad it is), so you won't get a local contact for PM tasks. TPM have a very high turnover rate of demoralized staff, who will ignore your calls and emails, and struggle to do their job properly. Please please save your sanity and go with another lettings agent if you are a landlord!

12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I've spoken to several members of the team whilst renting for over a year now. I am so impressed with how friendly, helpful and dedicated they all are. It really makes a difference knowing you are looked after with any issues being resolved quickly and with obvious care for tenants with them. Although the same can be said for all members of staff I have spoken to, a special mention to Abi (or Abbie!) who I have mainly spoken to. Thank you Wrights Residential Team!
18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
14th May 2024 (5 days ago)I contacted a couple of Estate Agents for valuations and Oliver Chandler stood out from the rest. Jamie gave an honest valuation and offer honest and constructive advise on how best to market the property. He went above and beyond so see the sale through and I couldn’t have asked for more. I would in a heart beat recommend anyone to use Jamie and his company. Thank you for everything!

We went through every detail about the property, and he took the time to answer every question I had. I'm now on my way to secure a new flat with Chancellors, and I'm confident it will be a quick and professional experience.

8th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)My sincerest gratitude to Tierney (Property Manager). Tierney has been my property manager for 3yrs now and I never had any bad experience with her at all. I totally have no clue about the technicalities of renting a house in the UK. All I know is, I pay, I keep the house clean and that's it. All other concerns such as maintenance, repairs and legal stuff are definitely not my areas of expertise. That's where Tierney comes in! Everything I need, any questions I have and all requests I have are all sorted out in a very swift manner. Tierney has an amazing customer service skills. She always gets things done, the way it should be and she communicates everything very clearly. I am so happy with Tierney and Leaders!
