They combine leg work, phone calls and knowing the local market with use of the Internet and Rightmove. They understand great communication and professionalism with clients and amongst the Hearnes team. And they have coffee that matches any of Ringwoods many coffee shops!! Thank you

9th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

As a first time auction seller my dad was a little unsure how complicated it might be but was pleasantly surprised, the entire process went very smoothly. We couldn't recommend her and the rest of the team highly enough, always went above and beyond. Surpassed all expectations in every way, my dad was delighted with the result, as was I. Can't thank the team enough and a special thank you again to Meredith for all of her time and efforts. We look forward to the next one!!

6th May 2024 (14 days ago)Poor experience! I had viewed a house which I was very interested in, unfortunately the estate agent wasn’t knowledgeable on the property and didn’t attempt to show us around. Myself and my partner were still keen on the property itself and put an offer in, we were then told there were a few others interested and to provide “best and final”. After providing a new offer, estate agents explained they would ring tomorrow if our offer was accepted. However we had to visit the estate agents to photocopy our IDs (a step which I knew could have been done over email) but pushed us and said our offer would be void if we didn’t attend. When we arrived at the estate agents, we were told to sit down with a mortgage advisor who asked us our deposit amounts, salary etc to try and sell mortgage products. He then followed up by asking us to email him our IDs- which could have been done without visiting the estate agents. The whole process was poor, and all they wanted was sales and to get us to buy “extras”. An hour after leaving the office, the estate agents told us we didn’t get the property as the other buyers ‘made more of an impression on the seller’. Very unprofessional and wasted our time for sales. I have been put off viewing houses listed with this estate agents.
30th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)We had been searching for a second home on the Poole area for sometime . We contacted tailor made to see a property we were interested in . Jessica showed us around that property but also put forward options of other properties. One of which we are now proud owners and have at last found a place perfect for us . Throughout the process Jessica was with us and worked with the various parties to get through negotiations and the normal property , search related queries. I have to say a massive thank you to Jessica and we will certainly be recommending Jessica and the sand banks tailor made branch .. who knows we may be back for more properties.

They also need to get up to date with market trends and new techniques of selling properties. 10th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)From the first viewing to completion of the sale Sam and his team were professional, personable and very patient with us. Sam maintained regular communication at all stages of the process and at times went above and beyond expectation. Based on my experience, I would recommend Everett Homes to others.- 22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena
