11th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Been at the property for a number of years now and not only have they increased my rent but after going back and fourth back and fourth trying to get someone to help me because the mold damage is so bad nobody is willing to help me. Ashton & Grosvenor basically turned round and said this is not our problem speak to the landlord. Which btw I already have. I have a dad dying in hospital of Terminal Cancer which I have tried to explain to the Landlord and Ashton & Grosvenor and none of them seem to give a single care in the world about it this is too much for me to deal with right now it would be nice if someone showed me some empathy but I guess not. Absolutely disgusted I can barely breath at night because of the mold damage which makes me wake up in the middle of the night coughing. Those pictures uploaded do not do it justice the windows are constantly dripping as well when I wake up. What am I supposed to do open the window at night ? one I am by a main road its noisy and secondly its freezing none of them have provided a solution for me but they quickly put my rent up though didn't they without any weeks notice or anything. 0/10 offered no help no solution nothing charged me for the bill and accused me of threatening them which was not true I simply said id have to take this further if nobody was willing to help me and they blew up with me accusing me of threatening them. If you look at the other 1 star reviews they also had issues with this agency because there are about 6/7 ( 1 star ) reviews in total so this is a common thing by the looks of it Guys just a heads up. PICTURES FOR THE PUBLIC BELOW EVIDENCE OF THE MOLD DAMAGE.
26th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Avoid this Concentric Sales and Lettings Liverpool if you are a tenant. After dealing this Letting Agent and when you're ready to move in is when you will discover the rooms can be in a filthy state with Mould all over the walls, Mound behind furniture, rubbish hid under the bed. I felt the management acted in the spirit of deceitfulness they can suddenly stop returning any emails or phone calls so they can deliberately treat anyone in a horrible manner. The properties are Not cleaned , they try to make the rooms to look like they in a good shape when you view it but when you actually move in you discover the truth how dishonest they are, all the repairs that have never been done, then if you email them you will be ignored. They will make sure you sign the contract away from the property so they can hide the problems. They act like scammers . You can email them , ring them they will ignore you provide they have taken your money and lure you into a situation to make you sign a document or they will not give you the keys. Very disgusting unprofessional attitude.

James was friendly and so knowledgable when he came to value our property and Louise was a dream whenever we called to get updates. Unlike other agents we have used in the past they always fitted viewers in, even out of hours and nothing was too much trouble. If you want to deal with an agent that genuinely cares and works on your behalf Premier are the agent to use.

You can’t fault their amazing customer service and the fact that they are lovely people to communicate with helps enormously while buying a house (which can be very stressful)! You can tell this Team are truly that, working together to make Customers lives easier. I haven’t found the right house yet, but I know I’m in good hands. Thank you Alice, Ben, Simon and Ellie for being brilliant, you really are a credit to your Company!

16th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Brian Davies and wife Linsey (West Kirby Office) could not have been more helpful since I purchased my late son’s house. If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.
5th May 2024 (13 days ago)Harper and Woods did not sell the house,the viewings kind of dried up so we switched to another estate agents for a fresh start. Harper and Woods were ok we just changed for a fresh start.

10th May 2024 (8 days ago)Once we had decided to put our property on the sales market, we had meetings with the local estate agent companies. When we first met Kristy and she viewed the property we were instantly sold. Kirsty was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice, we felt very assured. Enter the Truss debacle that crashed every hope of a quick sale. However between Kirsty and Grace they maintained focus and continued showing many clients the property, we had offers but they were now caught in the economic slump and souring interest rates. Grace and Kirsty kept both of us positive and then found a couple who were in a great position to purchase. Grace managed and handled the sale process expertly. We cannot praise, Grace, Kirsty and Hewitt Adams enough for their help, assistance and professionalism. An excellent team, whose efforts have been much appreciated. We would highly recommend them anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Friendly professional manner, Alex clearly knew the market with great local knowledge. Georgie kept us informed every step of the way and was always available by phone whenever needed. Sale completed in just over 2 months, at a good but fair price. Could not have asked for better.
