We are first time buyers, we could not have asked for a better agent. Brown and Merry have been helpful from the time we step foot into their office. William was amazing, he assisted us with house viewings. He is approachable and was able to highlight property’s assets when showing us around. James also was brilliant, he was constantly updating and guiding us throughout the process which we needed as first time buyers. Beth was also incredible, she replies to our queries promptly. They were all professional and approachable. The service we received from Brown and Merry were truly exceptional and will use them again in the future.

I can’t thank Nicole, Sophie or Jodie enough, the old tenants left and the house had to have a lot of work done, the whole lettings team helped me out with everything and then they rented it out (once all the work had been completed) in such a short time (6 weeks). Such a good team, well done girls.

I found the team really nice to work with and keep me upto date with appointments and progress. Was selling my late father's house so a sad time for me but the team were very helpful and even helped remove sone furniture (for a charity) If you call or email them someone always gets back to you quickly. Nice personal dashboard for house progress.

Brown and Merry dealt with the sale of my house and it was the best experience I ever had with an estate agent. It was 6 months with many ups and downs as the housing market went through a bit of a crisis. They stuck with me and went the extra mile to sell my house. Unlike other agents who were not proactive, B and M rang round people and the person who finally bought my house was a person who had been contacted by these wonderful people. They are happy with the house and I am very happy at my forever home. Will and Martin especially put up with my questions (and fears) and encouraged me when I was going to give up. I will never forget the great service you did for me. Thanks guys for holding my hand right to the end.
