We had a few viewing with Anthony around Chesham area as we're looking for a family home currently so far nothing has come across what we’re looking for.
Anthony has been really helpful and very friendly, he's genuinely eager to help whenever needed quick to reply/act and also just an all round good guy to deal with.

I spoke to Anthony regarding a house I wanted to view and he was incredibly warm and welcoming and put me at ease as this is my first home purchase.
At the viewing, he gave me time to take everything in before chatting about ideas and little secret things the house holds that I wouldn’t have found on a first viewing. He explained things about the boiler, why things were the way they are, the history of the area etc.
I am very much looking forward to the 2nd viewing ???????? thank you

Went into the Chesham branch earlier today to discuss the options of either renting or selling my property, I was initially met by Loryn who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave me several informative tips for when it comes to renting. I then spoke to John who guided me through the sales process and gave me detailed insights into the local market.
Having gone into a couple of local offices over the last few days I must say this was bay far the most welcoming and knowledgeable and I will definitely be in touch when I come to make my move.

Unprofessional and waste of time.
Called to book a viewing on a property, the agent talked us into getting a meeting with their mortgage advisor, Apurva Patel. Booked 2 meeting with him, both of them attended. He promised to send over DIP, properties that matched our criteria etc. At the end, after several email and calls...No DIP and no properties.
Waste of time. Avoid to do business with Apurva.

The energy in the branch is a little unwelcoming …… not a possible vibe .
I was told incorrect information about being able to get a mortgage on unity builds, by the senior sales negotiator and manager of the branch.
Incredible that they both were confident that it’s possible to get a 5% deposit mortgage as brown and Merry are part owned by skipton building society and they do these mortgages
However , I was just told the complete opposite by another member of their team in the office via email when I specifically followed up.
I’d say trust your own judgment when choosing your estate or letting agents when it comes to buying or selling … hope it helps
