I wish I could give ZERO star for the service which they provide to everyone. Starting from the manager who is extremely rude as of he is providing the accommodation for free and then Shennay, Lilly, Nikita and another guy I forgot his name. They just don't care what you are going through and I don't understand why it ages for them just to complete their work.

Within two weeks of meeting everyone at connells I've sold my house and purchased a flat. A very easy transaction. The staff there have been very supportive, kind and helpful. I've dealt with 5 members of staff there and all of them have been amazing. Thank you guys so much for making what I thought was going to be stressful a breeze in the park! (As the saying goes)

The service received from Connells has been fantastic - very clear on everything from valuation to accepting an offer which came around really quickly.
They clearly know the area well and was great to hear they have contacts already on their books looking for properties, so it made the process so quick and easy.
Big shout out to Doug, Callum and Ismail for their help and expertise, but I know there's also a whole team behind the scenes too doing a fantastic job. Thank you!

We put our property on with Connells Crawley at the end of October. Didn’t realise the contract is for 26 weeks. The company have made no effort despite me calling them requesting more frequent updates. Told me the market is really quiet, contradictory to what other agents report. Disappointed by thier lack of effort, they don’t appear to really care. Shame as liked the sales pitch but unreliable and as soon as we can we will end our contract with them

The support and help Connells Crawley especially Doug Alley have given me has been exemplary . It’s a very stressful time buying and selling a house but they made me feel comfortable and kept me updated every step of the way . A lot of the decisions were time sensitive and Connells Crawley was on the ball each time with getting back to me . The Crawley team are a credit to Connells and I will be using them again.
