Being first time buyers, we were lucky to get our first home with Fox and Sons. It was a quite a lengthy process due to a long chain, but Abi W worked tirelessly to resolve the queries in timely manner and support the process end to end. She also guided us throughout the process especially when things were not very transparent from seller side. So, a big thanks to her.
Would have been best if they were flexible regarding the mortgage advice as it came at a cost from them.

We are in the process of buying our first home. Everyone we have had dealings with from Fox and Sons Crawley Branch have all been very professional and helpful. Special mention must go to Marvin Smith however. He has been extremely diligent, proactive, courteous and above all patient in helping us with the mortgage, insurance and other financial aspects. My shifts are not very office-friendly but Marvin has worked around this, got things done speedily and been helpful throughout. He has been an absolute credit to the Crawley Branch.
