I made an appointment to see a property and waited outside for no one to show up. I had to call and was told the property was no longer available. They didn't inform me this beforehand and wasted my time. They have poor communication.

Sam has been a fantastic real estate agent in our flat hunt. He's friendly, helpful, and takes the initiative to find us the perfect place. Sam asks great questions to understand our needs and tailors his suggestions accordingly. He's even scheduled few visit for the same day and drove us around, making this whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

I was working with Donovan at the Canary office and his service was outstanding. His knowledge of the market and area was super helpful in finding my property.
He rolled out the red carpet treatment and showed me 5 different locations personally and always kept me informed throughout the process.
If anyone is on the market I’d personally recommend working with Donovan, you can be sure to expect a 5 star service.

Regrettably, my experience with this letting agency has been overwhelmingly negative. The professionalism and level of support provided are severely lacking.
Internal gossip among staff members about tenants and communication mishaps have been distressing. During a recent phone call at 10:35, a customer service advisor audibly ridiculed our inquiry about scheduled viewings, displaying a lack of courtesy and respect. Despite our attempts to address these issues through email, the Operations Manager, Ketan, has consistently ignored our concerns, exacerbating the situation.
Overall, the branch appears poorly managed, with staff members displaying disrespect towards tenants. While initial contact during property searches may be prompt, the agency’s responsiveness declines significantly when dealing with resale inquiries, often resulting in disrespectful and inconsistent communication.
In summary, I would caution against engaging with this letting agency due to their unprofessionalism and disregard for tenant satisfaction.

Sam got in touch with me, and I must say he was extremely supportive for all our queries as a first-time buyer.
He patiently listened to every query we had, he drove us around Canary wharf and showed us all options he could.
He was extremely generous, approachable while showing us the options.
I can say that he is probably the best sales personnel I have worked with. Never pushing us to buy something and at the same time ensuring that we are given the space and support to decide what is the best for us.
I will 100% recommend Sam Barker for your property search.
