I contacted Foxtons in Harrow when my brother was given a terminal diagnosis. Hexin came to his house and looked around then gave me a valuation. Hexin understood the urgency of the sale and within days we had viewngs and an offer was accepted. Unfortunately my brother passed away. The sale fell through and we had to wait for Probate . During this very difficult and emotional time Hexin and her team worked tirelessly to get viewings done and offers in. Hexin was so patient she guided me through the process she was always quick to answer my questions. Thankyou so much Hexin and your team for all the hard work you put in. We dealt with Georgina from Foxton who was the saving grace . She was a balm to some other unpleasant experiences . I think in a service industry it’s the people who man it is a make or break.
