Looking for a property while working full time is often difficult so I probably missed out on some lovely homes in my search. I spoke to Abigail and she listened to my requirements, sent through property profiles and, with Jess, set up viewings all on the same day. I met with David at the properties and the whole viewing process was seamless. Professional and outstanding service by all and, needless to say, I have put forward an offer on a property I saw and it was accepted.

poor service by keenans.
When i attempted to do a deal on a house, I went back and forth and I asked what would their final offer be on the house, and I was told I would get a call back.
After about a week of nothing I called them for a update to learn it's already under offer!
They went behind my back and done a deal with someone else whilst I was in negotiations with them.
I was a serious buyer with solicitors ready to be instructed and a mip in place too
As for selling a house, their rates are too high and good luck getting a response from them.
Not worth the headache
