Keenans Bury are in the process of selling my property for me and I honestly could not be happier with the service I have been given. Emily, in the office, has been so good at keeping me posted with absolutely everything that they have been doing on my behalf. Initial description of the property poor, took too long adding drone pictures and never completed the video, failed to tell me our local branch in Chorley was closed/ unmanned, only had 2 couples who viewed and didn’t ascertain that a couple who had 2 viewings were willing to offer around the asking price, wasting my time
